Bed was really comfortable restaurant staff lovely and food options excellent. Breakfast buffet included in room ptrice and buffet huge. Spa area excellent, peaceful and very clean.

The Thief was located in a very walkable area with plenty of food options. Their rooftop bar, rooftop restaurant and breakfast buffet were excellent. The only issue we had was a poor design on the shower that caused the bathroom to get water all over the floor.

Amazing place. My wife and two adult kids loved it. Great location, they accommodated our request for an additional roll away bed and the roof deck is a big attraction. Terrific service and staff. Couldn't have been happier!

A very “together” luxury hotel, we so enjoyed our stay. Even in the rain, the staff were ready with umbrellas to offer and directions that helped. The breakfasts were beautifully displayed with many nutritional, fresh items and plenty for younger folks wanting something sweeter. Love our room, turn-down service was appreciated and the spa was a treat every time.

Fabulous find!

We arrived late at night after a long day with a very quick turn around for the next leg of our journey. The young man who checked us in was so calm and professional and helpful… he even got me some hot water early in the morning to make my tea. Room was comfortable and lovely and the location was beautiful with boats just to the right outside. Great wonderful hotel!

From the moment we arrived, the reception was warm and welcoming, and we were genuinely touched by the thoughtful little treats and gifts left in our room since we were celebrating our birthdays and anniversaries. A special thank you to the Guest Relations team at the hotel for making our experience so incredible. The room amenities were great, and we especially loved the breakfast. A heartfelt thanks to Marta, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a truly amazing experience. Her exceptional service, along with the entire Guest Relations team, Ida-Sofie, Thea and everyone at the front desk, made us feel so welcomed and cared for. We are immensely grateful for such a delightful stay and can’t wait to return!

They have no air conditioning at all and the mattress is paper thin and horrible my back still hurts me and my knees as well only slept 2 hours. I had a reservation for 4 nights and checked out after one night. The only thing that was good was the breakfast.

After returning late from dinner the suite heater was not working properly and bright chandelier light above bed had no switch to turn it off. After sending engineer to room and after half hour he could not turn off, then we had to sleep in another because to late to repack everything. Next day they committed to fix heater and light. They had 2 people go into ceiling to disconnect light and they left ceiling and insulation particles all over bed which we found ob return along with the suite not serviced. I had to call housekeeping to clean room and mess left by engineers interfering with only rest time before dinner. The hallways have foul odor from some sort of wood finishing on the wall. It smelled toxic. They left hotel vouchers equivalent of $40 USA for all the issues. They did not fix heat in room, but very loud portable heating in the living room . I explained this did not solve heat issue bedroom, then they suggest wr sleep in another room 5 floors away. They did comp dinner after I laughed at $40 voucher, but i after i suggested it. So pathetic that they did not pick up 1 bottle of wine we had at dinner, but it was typical of their lack of customer service and awareness
