"The property seems nice and clean at reception but unfortunately it stops there. Our door needed to be body slammed to open and close it. The floors were filthy, mold in the shower, "fresh" towels smelled. This isn't the hotels fault but the guests the floor above us must have had 18 kids or inconsiderate adults that ran and stomped all day, all night and all morning. The blackout curtains are ill fitting and let a lot of light in."

"Air conditioner did not keep room cool at night. My bed was horrible and blanket had stains all over both beds. Toilet would not even flush properly Friday night and then Saturday would not flush at all in the morning or that night. Would not recommend staying there "

"The sink was clogging up in our room. The staff was unprofessional. At one point their fire alarm was set off by them and although we went downstairs to evacuate, others were calling and the front desk simply ignored all calls. Parking was fenced. Pool was out of order. Flies were seen by the breakfast area. Walls were thin and we could hear others partying. All in all, don't even give this place a chance. It’s not worth it."

"The staff welcomes you with courtesy and professionalism, Philip the breakfast chef is very polite and helpful and can make the best oatmeal. I do miss the Texas shape waffle maker but the round waffle is good also. Location of hotel is excellent and I feel safe there. It's a great place to stay and that is where I stay when in Corpus Christi. Room was well kept and love that there is a full size fridge and microwave. Thank you very much front office staff for all your help during this stay. It shows you care. Thank you!"

"This home is organized so thoughtfully. We have four children, so we frequently use vacation homes rather than hotels. I am used to making a Walmart trip after checking in because there is always something the home is missing. That was not the case here! Even better, everything was where I would expect it to be. Extra garbage bags under the sink. Spices in the spice drawer. There is even a handy phone charger with adapters to the left of the stove. We were very comfortable here! "

"My water was running for hours in the tub. They came to fix it and once we took a shower it broke again. We didn’t bother to call them. I asked for towels. Took hours as well to get someone to bring them. The breakfast was just toast bagels and jelly. And a gallon of juice. Phones don’t work in the room. And they need came to clean the room. "

"Our stay was wonderful. It’s in a great area overall. The host was very communicative and helpful, answering our questions when needed. The two bedrooms were pretty big rooms. Will recommend bringing some kitchen used items like Oils, butters, into the cook. Has a Keurig, which is a success. The area has a pool. Took my nephew out there, and he enjoyed it, small pool after all. This condominium does have a washer/dryer, which is very needed. The host was very nice and friendly. The location is great. We enjoyed our stay. "
