The beds were comfy, the bathroom very clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots and everything you need to cook in the unit. There is a balcony with a BBQ for outdoor cooking. Nice sandy beach. Very enjoyable stay. Will definitely be back.

We booked the two bedroom lakefront room and found it to be tastefully decorated and comfortable and spent each morning relaxing on the deck enjoying the lake view. The kitchen had all we needed to prepare a few meals. There was a barbecue on the deck we didn’t use but certainly think it’s a lovely feature, and they offer beach towels, beach chairs or loungers to their guests so you can enjoy some beach time as well. The accommodation is walking distance to shops and restaurants/pubs and the “rattlesnake canyon” amusement park if you fancy a round of mini golf or some rides. We would definitely recommend this hotel and are already planning to stay again.

The property is located on the lake with a sand beach and beautiful view looking down the lake. The staff were pleasant and helpful giving us clear instructions. The room was clean and with updated painting and closets etc. However, It felt rather cold and sterile but nothing that a few pictures couldn't fix. The location was convenient to restaurants, wineries and downtown. The unit had a separate bedroom with queen bed, night tables and lamps, door to private balcony; the living room with dining area and kitchen with full size fridge, stove was efficient. The large balcony had a little view of the lake but had a small table and chairs with BBQ.

I love staying at Desert Surfside when visiting Osoyoos and it is one of our go-to places to stay when visiting. It has a great location, is reasonably priced and right on the beach. The staff are also incredibly friendly.

The suite was very comfortable. Good mattress. AC was quiet enough and despite the heat of day, the fan was sufficient to keep the room cool. The beach was very clean and family friendly. Air compressor in parkade was very handy for inflatables. Lounge chairs were comfortable. Beach towels provided. Some reviews say you have to walk down an alley to get to the beach- uh, you have to walk passed the parkade 🙄. There’s no alley. Great value and will definitely return. We had a 4 night stay
