Luxurious, modern & warm seaside loft with great views

This is my brand new apartment in Oostende, Belgium. It’s situated at the seaside with full frontal seaview (sunsets!) and direct access to the beach. We are situated on a high floor with soundproof windows. The studio is very luminous and bright, with all modern comfort.
Oostende has a bustling nightlife, great restaurants and bars/clubs. Nice museums also. Oostende is great for beachwalks, cycle tours and sailtrips. My house is 10 meters from the sandy beach, 100m from the casino, the harbor and fishmarket is around the corner and all the markets/supermarkets are very nearby within walking distance. Central station 5 min walk.

Unbelievable 10th floor suite!

The location of Emma’s VRBO is beyond beautiful. Situated right on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean and pure white sand made this a dream vacation true. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED when you plan your next vacation with Emma. ❤️

Wonderful vacation with awesome sea view

We had a great time in the comfy appartement. It is in first row, so a wonderful view is guaranteed! You only walk 30 m to the beach and there are lots of nice restaurants in the area.

Wohnung mit sehr schönem Meerblick in zentraler Lage

Wir haben die Woche in Oostende sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist im 10. Stock direkt an der Strandpromenade. Durch die Erkerfenster hat man einen 180-Grad-Blick auf Meer, Strand und die Einfahrt des Hafens. Geschäfte, Restaurants, Fischmarkt, Bahnhof und die Haltestelle der „Kusttram“ sind zu Fuß leicht erreichbar. Die Vermieterin und eine Verwalterin vor Ort kümmern sich selbst um die Wohnung (ohne anonyme Agentur) und helfen auch im Fall von Problemen.

Sehr entspannend

Die Beschreibungen sind sehr passend, die Lage ist ausgezeichnet mit einem traumhaften Blick über den Strand und das Meer. Auch während des Aufenthalts war die Vermieterin zu erreichen, ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Ein kleines Problem der Heizungsanlage wurde schnell aufgenommen, kommuniziert und beseitigt. Besser geht es nicht. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist der Tagespreis der Tiefgarage mit 27€ je Tag. In Summe sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, war sehr sauber und man hatte einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Lediglich die Parksituation ist etwas unbefriedigend, da an der Wohnung selber keine Parkplätze vorhanden sind. Entweder man parkt weit entfernt, dafür muss man seine Sachen schleppen oder man parkt direkt neben dem Haus in der Tiefgarage, die man aber bezahlen muss.

Prachtige locatie

Super mooie locatie! Goed geregeld alles. Persoonlijk vind ik het jammer dat niet alles top is afgewerkt in het appartement. Kan allemaal net iets beter. Bijv dikke gordijnen voor de ramen ipv rolgordijnen. Even de kabel wegwerken enz maar prima net verblijf voor een paar dagen.

Tot rust komen in een bruisende stad, met prachtig zicht op zee

Het feit dat ik al 5x hier gelogeerd heb, zegt genoeg: deze gezellige loft met prachtig zicht op zee middenin het centrum van Oostende is voor mij de perfecte vakantieplek. Op 5 min in het centrum om te winkelen, lekker te eten, genieten van cultuur, een terrasje te doen... Of relaxen door te wandelen op de dijk of het strand of gewoon vanop de loft naar de zee turen... Perfect!

Ein Traum am Strand

Wir hatten einen herrlichen Urlaub dort zu Dritt. Das Zimmer ist geräumig, das Bett gemütlich. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Das Bad ist neu und Handtücher standen ausreichend zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft, wenn man das Fenster öffnet, kann man das Meer rauschen hören. Das Angebot eines Parkplatzes hat uns geholfen, da die Stadt von Autos und Parkhäusern überfüllt ist. So konnten wir uns sparen, ewig orientierungslos zu suchen und wussten direkt, wo wir hinkonnten. Das Parkhaus ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation hat super schnell und freundlich funktioniert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit.

Toplocatie in het stadscentrum mét prachtig zicht op zee

Een verblijf in deze loft is pure ontspanning. Je bent meteen in de stad, op de dijk, op het strand. En als het weer even tegenvalt, kan je ook binnen genieten van het mooie en gezellige interieur en het prachtige zicht op de dijk, het strand en de zee. Na een drukke en/of ontspannende dag slaap je ook zeer goed in de comfortabele bedden, met het ruisen van de zee op de achtergrond.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt

Der Kontakt hat reibungslos geklappt gehabt. Als wir dort angekommen sind, hat die Schlüsselübergabe auch hervorragend funktioniert. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und in der Küche gab es alle Utensilien, die man benötigt hat. Handtücher waren auch mehr als genug vorhanden. Die Aussicht war herrlich. Würde es sofort wieder buchen! Der einzige "Haken" waren die Parkmöglichkeiten, die sind dort etwas begrenzt und auf Dauer etwas teurer als gedacht. Aber trotzdem war der Urlaub sehr schön und deshalb sollte man sich nicht abschrecken lassen.

Ontspanning op een toplocatie

Comfortabel logeren in een sobere, strakke maar stijlvolle omgeving. Met een magnifiek zicht op zee. Gelegen op een toplocatie: aan strand en dijk, in het centrum, dichtbij winkels en gezellige drukte van een stad. Ik heb al opnieuw geboekt!

Sehr schönes Appartement mit traumhafter Aussicht auf die Nordsee.

Alles was wir benötigten war vorhanden. Küche voll ausgerüstet. Gutes Bett. Badezimmer super. Appartement Neuzustand. Aus dem halbrunden Panoramafenster hat man einen fantastischen 180° Ausblick auf den Strand und die Hafeneinfahrt.

Süßes kleines Apartment mit allem drin was man so braucht ! Vor allem der Kontakt im Vorfeld zur Vermieterin war super nett und alle fragen wurden schnell beantwortet ! Der Blick aus dem Fenster war traumhaft! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ! Gerne möchten wir das Appartement nächstes Jahr nochmal buchen !
