This spacious newly renovated rental property is located in the gated community of Oyster Harbors with a heated infinity pool, hot tub and spectacular water views of West Bay with a private dock. Drink your coffee on the terrace, enjoy the views or relax in the hot tub. Make plans to take your boat out for the day to nearby Sampson's Island.
This property has all you could desire in a Cape Cod retreat: private, gated island community, over 6,000 square feet of luxury living in this Cape Cod estate. There are six bedrooms including two bedrooms on the first floor, one being a primary suite. Not far from Dowses Beach and all Osterville village has to offer. Dock has approval for a 29 foot boat with a 4 foot draft Dock has a float.
