The apartment is located in the extremely popular Kormoran vacation resort, in a quiet setting on a cul-de-sac.
The apartment is situated on the edge of the complex, making it very quiet.
The complex is spacious and offers plenty of green space for children and pets.
The houses are nestled in romantic natural surroundings. The Darss Forest, meadows, badgers, foxes, and deer are your neighbors.
The vacation apartment measures 54 square meters; a parking space and a storage room with 2 bicycles are located right next to the house and are included with the apartment. The apartment was completely renovated in December 2022, and the bathroom was completely redesigned.
You can reach the North Beach on foot in about 10 minutes; by bike, it takes about 5 minutes. The dog beach is also located on Nordstrand. The unspoiled Weststrand can be reached in about 20 minutes by bike via the nature reserve.

We provide
one laundry package per person (contents: 1 set of bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 1 small hand towel), as well as two bicycles free of charge;
The bedroom features two box-spring beds, and the living room has a box-spring sofa bed for 2 people. The sleeping area measures a comfortable 150 x 200 cm.
A travel crib with a mattress is available, as is a high chair.

A folder containing all necessary information is available to you—including suggestions for day trips and information on history and nature.
The nearest restaurant is a 5-minute walk away, as is a horseback riding center.
