Small vacation home with charm (45 sqm)

Cute cottage with 5 beds in the center of Prerow. Spend your holiday in a relaxed, modern atmosphere. The house is furnished with all the comforts of today. In the kitchen you will find dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. And situated in the first floor bedroom has a double bed and a trundle bed for 2 people. In the living room, which is located with the bathroom and the kitchen on the ground floor, is equipped with a spacious corner sofa and can also be used for sleeping.

2015 took place the currently last renovations.

Für uns war die Unterkunft völlig in Ordnug.Es war alles vorhanden was wir für 6 Tage brauchten. Natürlich könnte da und dort verbessert werden. Die Betten oben deren Matratzen waren sehr weich...wer das nicht gewohnt ist hat da Probleme...aber das ist auch schwer zu treffen. Obwohl ich ein Problem mit meinem Knie hatte war die schlecht beschrieben Treppe, kein Problem.Das Sofa ist auch nicht gut gepolstert man spürt nach einer Weile die Leisten unter dem Polster. Die Korbsessel sind dafür Supi.Das war meckern auf hohen Niveau. Die Unterkunft liegt in ruhiger Lage und man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Darßer Wald oder Pramort ist es besser ein Rad zu nutzen.Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft, schon wegen der zentralen Lage und der Sauberkeit gerne weiter

Ein sehr schönes kleines Ferienhaus, für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend.Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Nur sollte man bedenken, dass wegen der engen Treppe das Haus nur für Reisende geeignet ist, welche gut zu Fuß sind. Also mit Hüft- oder Knieproblemen nicht geeignet. Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen.

Gemütliche Fewo in ruhiger Lage von Prerow

Sehr guter Empfang mit netter persönlicher Einweisung. Gute Ausstattung mit allen notwendigen Utensilien und Küchengeräten. Sogar Cerealien sind ausreichend vorhanden. Schönes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche. Schlafraum im 1 Stock, über eine Treppe erreichbar, welche für Personen mit körperlicher Einschränkung schwer zu begehen ist. WLAN hat gut funktioniert. Sitzmöglichkeit vor dem Haus vorhanden. Entfernung zum Ortszentrum ca. 600m. Parkmöglichkeit am Haus vorhanden. Einzig die Kommunikation über den Vermittler verlief unzureichend. Einige Fragen bzw. Nachfragen über das Portal von Fewo wurden nicht beantwortet bzw. Es erfolgte keine Reaktion. Es wäre z.B. wichtig darauf hinzuweisen, dass die Mieter bei Familie Wobst klingeln müssen, um zum Schlüssel für die Fewo zu gelangen.

Die Treppe nach oben zum Schlafzimmer fanden wir sehr gefährlich .Die Stufenhöhe beträgt 25 cm Normal sind circa 18 cm und dann gibt es noch nicht einmal einen durchgehenden Handlauf !

Klein aber fein

Wir haben uns in dem kleinen Häuschen sehr wohl gefühlt. Wer nicht unnötigen Platz in seinem Urlaub benötigt, der ist hier genau richtig. Es war sehr gemütlich und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage war für uns sehr optimal. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten per Fuß erreichbar und auch kurze Wege bis zum Strand, welcher wunderschön und langläufig ist.
