Marchese Houses is a gem nestled between Ostuni and Martina Franca, between the White City and the Capital of the Itria Valley, one of the most popular and sought-after tourist areas in Apulia. The lamia offers 5 beds, divided into 2 double bedrooms with private bathrooms; one of the rooms can accommodate a third single bed. There is a shared pool with panoramic views and an emotional waterfall. The property offers all the comforts of a modern apartment in a rural and peaceful setting, ideal for those who wish to relax and immerse themselves in the tranquility of the countryside. Each room is equipped with air conditioning for both hot and cold air, Wi-Fi for essential services, induction hobs, an indoor and outdoor refrigerator, and a large gazebo equipped for outdoor lunches and dinners, complete with a cooking area. The indoor heated whirlpool tub is available for an extra fee; you must request it at the time of booking to allow for the system to be activated in advance. Please note that there are very docile dogs on the property; therefore, booking is not recommended for those who might be afraid of them. Additionally, an attendant will occasionally take care of the pool and garden maintenance, always behaving discreetly to ensure your privacy.
