Beautiful private villa with exclusive swimming pool 1 km from the most beautiful beaches of the Apulian coast. Villa Rosa consists of a living room, a habitable kitchen equipped with every service, 2 bedrooms, 1 complete bathroom and 1 service bathroom. From the extremely bright living room, it is possible to step out onto a veranda furnished with a table, chairs and an outdoor lounge. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a satellite wifi network at maximum speed. Externally, the private pool is framed by a large and well-kept garden, with sun loungers, umbrellas, relaxation areas with armchairs, gazebo, and barbecue available to guests. The property is located 1 km from the Port and beaches, 4 km from Ostuni. From 1 October to 30 April, there is a heating supplement of €15 per day.

Splendida villa

Abbiamo soggiornato ad agosto in questa meravigliosa villa! E' la nostra prima volta in questa regione e l'ubicazione strategica della villa ci ha permesso di viverla a pieno, di raggiungere facilmente le mete più belle, di poterci rilassare nella vicinissima Città Bianca , Ostuni, e allo stesso tempo godere dei profumi e colori tipici di questa terra. L'appartamento è pulitissimo, arredato finemente e la proprietaria ci ha coccolati con le sue attenzioni. Sicuramente ci torneremo per continuare ad esplorare nuovi posti e a rivivere quelli già visti!
