I loved my stayed. Super close to where I needed to go (one of the embassy in the area) easy to walk to dinning places! I also walked to the Parliament and back. Room had everything I needed and the breakfast was amazing (Crepes and omelet). I would stay there again!

Lovely stay in downtown Ottawa

The B&B is well-situated and has parking available. The room was spacious and comfortable, the shared bathroom was well-equipped, and the property overall was very clean. The family who runs it is very nice and the breakfast was delicious!

Excellent!

IWe chose this Bed and Breakfast because of its location. We were going to the Venezuelan Embassy to get our passports. Irina was kind enough to checked us in after midnight, gave us incredible and valuable information about the process (she has hosted many Venezuelans before us) like regardless the time going to the embassy to put our names on the list. And on top of that the breakfast is delicious, balanced and better than many hotels, in my opinion. Also ga ve us pointers where to go sightseeing after we did our errands. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Fabulous!

I was looking for the closest hotel/B&B to the Venezuelan embassy in Ottawa and happened to find this wonderful place by chance. What a gift! The hosts are a warm and friendly family, the breakfast is outstanding, the house is a block away from the embassy. Irina (the host) allowed me to leave my bag there while I spent the day in line. I came in during the long wait for tea and bath breaks. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommend!

The house was in moderately poor condition, unattractive, not welcoming or homey whatsoever. My private room had no individual HVAC control. The A/C was running non-stop upon arrival. I had to go into the hall and change the thermostat for the entire 2nd floor to stop the onslaught of cold air. That is just wrong. On the night I stayed, someone, either another guest or the owner, was up and banging around their room until 2am. I suspect it was the owner. It was impossible to sleep through the noise. The TV in my room had 3 or 4 useless channels. Breakfast was poor to average. This is very probably the worst B&B I have ever stayed at out of 50. Will not use again.

Irina is a wonderful host, and the atmosphere of this B&B is very homey and welcoming. The room itself was a bit chilly, but there were extra blankets in the room for that purpose. All standard amenities were provided. Breakfast in the morning was phenomenal, I would recommend staying at this B&B for that alone, never mind everything else :)
