Clean and well stocked. Response time questions was excellent. My suggestion would be to continue to get the place upgraded as it's very obvious that this is a student accommodation during the school year. The backyard fence around the yard and pool is falling over and is quite dangerous.

We rented for one night, we were going to the National Arts center, it was a short drive to the venue and close to Byward Market. Would definitely rent again if we are in the area.

An overall excellent place at a very reasonable price. Will come back again. Some renovation would make the place better. Regular cable for TV would be better but I was able to project my TV channels to the big TV in the leaving room.

Great but

Inside property was great, pool was unusable as the water was green and backyard amenities were in poor condition. Location and access to various sites was great. We took a taxi to downtown and back so that we didn’t have to navigate the city streets. Cost for taxi one way was around $20.00. Would stay there again.

Great Location

House is as described in listing. Rented the home for the weekend. It has spacious bedrooms upstairs and an open floor for the lower floor. Loved the pool, very private, I took a dip with my granddaughter. Nice view and walk to the river. Restaurants are also within walking distance. Dera was quick to respond to my inquiries and was very helpful.I will recommend this home.

Gatineau stay

We enjoyed our stay & loved the location. We had no access to the thermostat & we were all quite cold a lot of the time as the owner had it set at 18. The cleaner didn’t do a good job of cleaning as there was a lot of dust on the kitchen lights and dirt under the couch, The supply of towels wasn’t enough for 6 quests, we needed more hand towels.

Good location

Overall an okay place. Some attention to details like broken knobs , blinds broken, and broken cabinets. Jacuzzi in master bedroom was not working and the water was green when filled. Odd to have a refrigerator in the master bedroom. Had to unplug it as it made noise. Some of the oven mitten were dirty dish washer was broke and the oven needed to be cleaned. Not my best experience.

Wonderful stay in Gatineau ( 10 min from downtown Ottawa !)

All of our young adult children and both of us thoroughly enjoyed the house and the space outside :). The view of the river was wonderful to wake up to and enjoy all day long ! There was lots of space in the house and with 3 bathrooms everyone was more than comfortable! Just out to the left was a wonderful walk along the river and we were also in walking distance from some great restaurants and coffee shops/ bakeries. We will stay with them again when we return to visit relatives in Ottawa 😀. For fun , we also enjoyed renting bikes in a park nearby and a river cruise tour. Downtown Ottawa is so close and a great place to enjoy whatever you are interested in from museums to night life 😊

Great 1 night stay, amazing location

Great property for a quick 1 night boys trip. The location allowed us to do drinks in the Byward,market, come back to the property to change for dinner in downtown Gatineau and cap off with the Lac Leamy Casino, never driving more than 10-12mins. It was clean, as described, and the property manager was easy to communicate with. 2 cars fit on the driveway with potential room for a 3rd compact vehicle, but parking on the street was easy. Our only criticism was the Nest remotely controlled thermostat. In fairness, we never contacted the property manager to change anything because it was quite late when we came back to the room, but it was set to 19 and we couldn't change it ourselves. Overall, highly recommend this property

Negative experience - TOO MANY SUPRISES :(

I will try to keep this feedback short, but I hope that you will understand our disappointment: - dishwasher did not work - found the note that is out of order do not use hidden with kitchen towel - jacuzzi did not work - no note - parking not accessible to the house - on the day of the arrival I was told that we need to park at the Neighbours due to pavement work in front of the house that started last week. It made it very difficult for my sister that is overweight and have issues with walking due to pain in her hips -access to the house was difficult - I wish that was communicated earlier - we would have made different arrangements - backyard not maintained - unable to use the outdoors, which was a shame as the weather was great for that time of the year. -patio with unstable spots that give in as you step on it.. Otherwise, the house was clean - location is fantastic.

Girls Trip to Nordik spa

Close and easy drive to Nordik spa, close to restaurants and a beautiful view of the river. Plenty of room for all of us girls to get ready for an evening out. This is my 2nd time staying her and it’s my favorite place when I come to stay when I visit the spa.

Bruins vs Ottawa

We visited Ottawa for the weekend to catch the Senators play the Boston Bruins. We had a great time. The only thing we can complain about was the dishwasher (still) didn’t work. It was also very warm and you couldn’t control the temperature.

Disappointed 😞

Our stay was a alighr disappointment, The house was beautiful, but we were left with zero face clothes ( msg owner but received no response). The house was cold ( set at 18) Jet tub was broken, light fixture were failing out of fixture.
