"it was great . the location was excellent. the service is very good and it very clean . the reception, CAMILA is a friendly , best host and warm welcoming receptionist. she was polite and cooperative. I recommend this hotel for sure . just the parking is very expensive 45CAD . instead, near by the city hall parking is very near and only 2 $ per night !!!"

"Excellent Stay in a Great Location I had a wonderful stay at The Business Inn. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Ottawa. The breakfast was complete, generous, and offered a great start to the day. The suite was very well equipped and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. Their attention and hospitality made the experience even better. The only area for improvement would be the mattresses, which could be a little more comfortable. Overall, I highly recommend The Business Inn and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Ottawa!"

"Very clean, very comfortable room. Beautiful, traditional building, shame about current works but such a building has to be maintained and workers kept noise to a minimum and within hours specified. The environmental incentive by voucher was a fabulous idea. Bar was great to watch sport and yummy bar food. Thank you for a lovely stay."

"This is a great place to stay, very different from what we were used to. Best night sleep we had over other hotels. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about the sights. Had minor hiccups in the restaurant as far as the servers but the breakfast was good. We will be back."
