De inicio muy buena atención, nos ayudo Nate de la recepcion, pese que llegamos antes de la hora del check in, (4pm que me parece exagerado) nos brindo lockers y nos guio con el estacionamiento. Great option as it had some sitting space a small kitchen to share a snack or meal. Great location easy walk into Parliament Hill and byward market but also local haunts on Elgin and Bank Street. Pull out sofa bed as second bed needs an upgrade .

I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely return! Checking in was a breeze with the keypads and personalized code. The suite was cozy and well-stocked in terms of appliances and linens, etc., it had everything I needed. The fact that there was parking directly in the basement also made my arrival and departure quick and easy.
