"Dirty, dirty, and everything in the room broken including the toilet that moved when you sit. Bathroom door coming apart when opening and closing. Mold in bathtub and no hot water. Swimming pool and hot tub were out of order. Beds made noise on metal frames when you move. Breakfast had 2 options-cold cereal and waffles. Sheets and bedding were clean."

"It's on the KATY Trail. It is a casino. While I was there they were dow. To one elevator. The carpet needs to be updated (stained) both in halls and rooms. The tile in bathroom was chipped. The mirror was dusty, dirty. The beds were cleaned, towels were cleaned and everything else was fine. Restaurant on premise but short 2 min drive to main street. Plenty of parking."

"We needed to switch rooms upon arrival as the door would not lock properly and parts of the room had not been dusted and cleaned in a long time. The room we moved to was also had “dusting” issues as well as issues with the air conditioning. Our room stayed at about 75 the entire time. The 2nd shift front desk lady named Bridget was outstanding! She came to our room and got maintenance on the phone around 10 pm to address the air conditioning issue. She also brought a fan for us to use. She was very professional and helpful; unfortunately by morning it was not working. Outside of Bridget, no one ever apologized or did anything to help us. I will not stay there again. It was one of the most expensive rooms they offered."

"Fitness center was clean and well supplied with aerobic and strength equipment, had disinfectant wipes, two sizes of towels. Room was very nice but the early riser above our room was evidently trying to get their 10k steps in the room..."

"I booked it online based on the price and availability. I booked it a few minutes from pulling in. From the outside, like the pictures online, it seemed okay. Maybe not the nicest but we needed a room as we were traveling. I walked in with our small children and was blown away. It was awful! Very dirty, smelled like mold with old broken and stained furniture in the lobby, Because we had our kids they wanted to check out the pool so we did and it looked like a dungeon. I'm not even sure if it was in service. We turned around and walked out. I called the front desk and was polite and didn't want to be disrespectful to their place so I said that I rented it in error, which in my eyes I did because if I knew it would be in the shape it was I never would've booked it. They lady I spoke with said that I needed to call Expedia. When I called the gentleman I spoke to seemed helpful and said he would need to call the hotel to see if they would approve a refund. Evidently he spoke to the same person I did because she remembered me calling. She denied my refund. It was so bad that I didn't stay even though I was required to pay for it. We ended up driving 30 mins to Warrensburg and staying there. We had a MUCH better experience there. I would highly recommend moving down the road if this hotel is your only option!"
