Great overnight stay

The hotel itself is rather old and tired and in need of a refurb. However, the welcoming staff and incredible breakfast means that we will definitely stay here again. The location is great, just outside Wavre, close to the motorway. Parking is easy and lots of it. The breakfast was one of best we've ever had. Freshly cooked sausages, bacon, eggs etc. Fresh fruit juice (not watered down like in some hotels), Warm pastries and a variety of other delights! The staff on reception and in the restaurant were also friendly, welcoming and smart. There is no air conditioning, however a fan was provided and the blinds reduce the sun. Coffee and tea is available in the lobby.

Very good

Very nice modern hotel. Spacious room with deck outside for morning coffee. The only downside is missing bathroom door and lack of kettle/ coffee, tea in the room. Will stay again.

I fell and had to stay an extra 2days and could not walk . The staff went above and beyond to look after me . Room service even though there wasn’t any , ice , water , pillows etc . Even help with getting home . In particular, the daytime front desk person whose name I cannot spell lol was so helpful and kind to me . I have never heard of or stayed in this chain of hotels but based on my experience with your staff I will again

This is possibly the worst stay I’ve ever had! Rude staff on check in, dark and dingy rooms - absolutely nothing like what’s advertised online! Rooms are very tired dated, dirty & our bathroom door had a chunk taken out of it. Toilet was dirty too. Limited plug sockets. Walls are paper thin and you can hear when the room next door has the tap on, shower on & flushing the toilet. Duvet was paper thin. Room was so hot with no way of turning this off. There was one tiny pillow per person which was the size of my head - more like a square paper thin cushion instead of a pillow! Breakfast was horrendous. No coffee machines working, cold food that had been out for a long time. Flies around the food and table. Dirty tables and cutlery. The car park was pitch black with no lighting at all, extremely uncomfortable and scary for a woman on her own! Absolutely would never return!

Diese Bewertung bezieht sich nur auf die Unterkunft, die mich an eine in die Jahre gekommene Jugendherberge bei den Klassenfahrten erinnert hat. Unser Doppelzimmer hatte tiefe Risse in der Wand, kaputte Türen und große Menge an Flecken. Das Bad war winzig und eklig, Heizkörper verrostet. Die Dame an der Rezeption war immer mit ihrem Handy beschäftigt oder war gar keiner da. Frühstück ist sehr einseitig und kaum Auswahl: Rührei aus der Packung , Obstsalat aus Dosenobst, 2 Sorten Wurst und 1 Sorte Käse, Butter, 2 verschiedene Sorten Brot, aufgebackene Croissants und Toast. An Obst und Gemüse gab es Gurken, Tomaten, Clementinen und Kiwi. Kaffee aus dem Automaten war jedoch gut. Die ganze Anlage wirkte sehr lieblos und leider nicht sauber. Das Treppenhaus wurde überhaupt nicht geputzt. Bis zum Bahnhof haben wir 10 Minuten zu Fuß gebraucht und sind von da aus nach Brüssel mit dem Zug gefahren. Die Fahrt dauerte ca 1 Stunde und kostete uns für hin und zurück für beide nur 15€ ( momentan läuft eine Promoaktion) Wir haben noch weihnachtlich geschmückten Brüssel erlebt, Weihnachtsmarkt besucht und leckere belgische Schokolade genossen. Brüssel ist wunderschön, das Hotel jedoch kann ich nicht empfehlen. Wir haben über Expedia gebucht und haben ca. 280€ für 3 Nächte in einem Doppelzimmer bezahlt. Mit gemischten Erlebnissen fahren wir bereits nach Hause und planen unsere nächste Reise. Allen Reisenden : kommt gut ans Ziel.

Arrivés à 22h, nous avons constaté que les WC ne fonctionnaient pas et ne cessaient de couler. Le personnel, à court d'autre solution, a coupé l'eau ...nous privant de WC mais aussi de lavabo et de douche. Le chauffage ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Le personnel a proposé un remboursement avant de se rétracter car nous avions loué avec Expedia. A fuir.

Personnel très agréable et professionnel. Petit déjeuner riche et varié. Je suis habitué à des chambres un peu plus spacieuses. La chambre twin possède 2 lits qui se touchent, les tables de chevet ne permettent pas d’espacer les lits.

It is the second time we've stayed here and will not be the last. Overall a very pleasant stay. Our room on -1 was clean and comfortable. However on our late arrival we arrived to find the ac turned down to 18°C and this the room was very very cold, taking all night to become a comfortable temperature as the system did not heat. In the morning the proximity of the lovely little gym meant very noisy shouting and machine use which prevented us from sleeping beyond 7am. Breakfast was good, however with a busy hotel and only two on duty it meant they were rushed and food ran out without being replenished an hour before breakfast finished. These are small problems however for what was overall another pleasant experience. Parking is great, the location is super and easy to get to. It's very clean and the reception staff very welcoming.
