Good location, near the airport. General staff were very helpful, the bar staff a bit slow. Very spotty TV coverage.

Good central location, staff was very friendly. Only downfall, upon check out the “24 hour shuttle” to the airport only runs at certain times. Not sure if this is a listing error or hotel changed policy and didn’t update the website description. Room was basic and clean. The spa downstairs was a big plus!

Seems to be one of the best hotels on the island. Works well for national park visitors like us. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was very good. Continental breakfast was very good with some local flavors such as coconut jam, cocoa rice and banana soup. Room and common areas were clean but in need of some sprucing up. Overall a good value.

Very nice place to stay. Room was large and bed was comfortable. Staff was gracious and allowed us to hang out in the large, comfortable lobby while we waited on our flight leaving after 11 pm. Free shuttle to airport. Good WiFi and able to make local calls from the room. Equator restaurant is very good.

The Tradewinds Hotel was an ideal place to stay during my visit to Pago Pago. It's only a couple minutes from the international airport and they offer a free shuttle van. The hotel itself has a pool and restaurant/bar. I would definitely stay here again.

First day arrival, front desk staff very friendly, polite & respectful. Restaurant staff were very nice. Food was delicious. The bathroom needs to be clean at all times. Went there different days, paper towels were all over on the floor & needs some kind of spray.

The included breakfast was okay. They had a paid breakfast that looked good, but we were on a budget. The staff made us feel very uncomfortable. They watched our every move. We felt they thought we were going to steal things. When we asked for towel replacements, they took our towels and wouldn’t give us new ones until the towels they took from us were washed and dried. Then we could get them back. We were in our room the whole day so we had to get a pool towel to use for the day. Don’t know if it’s a cultural thing or not, Otherwise it was a good location to explore the whole Island for the week. Used the on site car rental. The dinners were very good. The bar was great. They had the best staff on site. It was great sitting poolside every evening. I would recommend with the above noted.

I wasn’t sure what to expect. We had a short visit and the room was exactly what we needed - large bedroom and king bed, 2 bathrooms and sitting area. Everything was clean, the AC worked great and the staff members were all pleasant. All around good choice to stay!
