I had a problem with my car getting off the ferry. I had to hire a car for my onward journey. The hotel let me use their car park (which was secure and safe - Gated) to store my car until I came back to catch the ferry a few days later. They arranged a taxi for me to the airport to pick up the hire car. I cannot thank them enough for letting me do that. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"I have used this hotel several times as an overnight stay before an early morning ferry. It’s perfectly adequate in that context. It’s been recently refurbished since my last visit - they’ve done a nice job. The restaurant next door is very handy and serves good food at reasonable prices ."

"WE had to leave early to catch a boat, but it looked good. The lady at checkin was wonderul. This facility has no elevator and we had 4 heavy luggage. She switched our room from top floor to a bottom floor suite at no charge. Then wanted to carry bags She was VERY nice. Hotel was very clean and well kept. "
