Pleasant Hotel in a Pleasant City

Nice room with a great view! Ibis Oujda is very nice hotel in a very nice location close to the train station and city center. My room had a large comfortable bed, nice air conditioning, with a good t.v. and staff. The reception, housekeeping, restaurant and other staff members were all very helpful. The hotel has a lovely large garden and swimming pool, and it's possible to eat at the restaurant either indoors or outside not far from the pool.

Outstanding stay in Ibis Oujda

I've had the pleasure to stay at Ibis Oujda, it an outstanding stay. Its location made it super easy to venture out around town and return to the hotel. Being next to the train station is a big plus. I couldn't get enough during my stay of the grounds around the hotel, gardens and pool area. Lush vegetation, orange trees and rose plants. The staff is super professional and very kind. They helped me make my stay a pleasant one. From front desk staff to restaurant, maintenance and cleaning crew, everyone was pleasant to deal with and courteous. The bedroom was spacious, clean and offered everything to make you feel at home. I enjoyed the breakfasts at Ibis Oujda. There was always a good spread, variety for all choices and tastes. I ended up staying for 2 extra days, that i enjoyed thoroughly.

Clean spacious rooms. All staff are thoughtful and helpful. The pool area is always clean and the breakfast is always great. The common areas encourage gathering and are comfortable and fun (foosball!).

Super séjour à l'hôtel ibis nous avons séjourné 15jours, personnel très sympathique et serviable, femmes de chambre super sympa et disponible, petit déjeuner excellent, literie très confortable,la piscine magnifique et très bien entretenu, réceptionniste très sympa aussi,le seul bémol que je donne c'est que j'avais réservé depuis longtemps une chambre avec terrasse mais sur place elle n'était pas disponible mais je l'ai eu le lendemain donc cava mais se serait bien de prendre en compte les réservations des clients avec leurs noms. Sur ce on reviendra . cordialement

A éviter autant que possible.

Hôtel resté dans son jus. Accueil assez froid ("tenez votre carte.,.." et onse débrouille pour trouver où est la chambre). Chambre assez sale, sol comme Mobilier délabré : table de nuit bringueballante, patère de porte démonté et pas remplacé, poignée de porte de douche absente, manque de porte manteau.... Pas ou peu de commodités : une seule serviette alors qu'on vient à 2, 1 seule carte par chambre (si l'un part, l'électricité se coupe, donc). Odeur de cigarettes dans la chambre (au 1er étage). Je ne sais pas si ça venait du RDC, qui fait café ou du couloir, mais ça sent la cigarette constamment ! Les repas (petit dej et autres) sont à des tarifs européens. Pour ça il faudrait que les standards européens soient respectés. Bref.... Dommage car l'emplacement et la déco intérieure pourrait en faire un superbe hôtel. Mais aucun entretien n'a été fait depuis 10 ans (ma précédente visite).

L'accueil c est plutôt bien passé, par contre niveau propreté très décevant. Trouvé des taches de sang sur le drap ainsi qu un cheveux. Présence d'humidité dans la salle de bain, peinture écaillée. Bruit de discussion dans les couloir pendant la nuit ainsi que tout le matin

Les coussins de la chambres sont anciens depuis des années, la réceptionniste m’a demandé de payer une seconde fois mon séjour alors que je lui est bien montré que cela a était débité auprès de ma banque ainsi que le reçus de expédia. Les ➕ localisation, la piscine, le parquet dans les chambres. Les ➖ Aucune bouteille d'eau offerte pendant le séjours donc le minimum de l'accueil n'y est pas. Pas de mini bar, pas de bouilloire ni de tasse pour se faire un café dans la chambre (pas de café non plus). Literie: le matelas glisse sur le sommier et celui-ci se creuse en son milieu. Vétusté et manque de rénovation (lavabos avec le joint de silicone complètement décoller) Le nettoyage est fait sérieusement mais j'ai observer un carence de produit d'entretien. Donc malgré que les femmes de ménages soient dévoué ca ne sens pas plus le propre après leurs passage. La moquette dans les parties communes est serait a nettoyer au moins 1 fois par semaine car laisse a désirer. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel au familles ni si vôtre séjour doit durée plus de 2 jours. Informations erroné concernant le parking extérieur celui-ci n'appartient pas à l'hôtel. Très en deçà du standing IBIS même du standing IBIS BUDGET. Rapport qualité prix -.

Bonjour C'est la troisième fois que je passe 15 jours à l'hôtel Ibis avec ma fille et cette année est la plus désagréable que j'ai passé... 1er jour: pas de climatisation et salle de bain très sale avec cafards et une dizaine de moustiques. Les autres jours le ménage très mal fait,lit et lavage de sols... air conditionné qui fait un bruit de ouf... La piscine est propre et agréable... il y avait une meilleure prestation par le passé... Je ne conseille pas cette hôtel,je n'envisage pas de retourner là bas avec ma fille.... Bonne journée
