"The property was a very good value at the peak of the tourist season. The location is outstanding. Pre-arrival and arrival communication was excellent. "

"Stay somewhere else! Communication and ownership is nonexistent at this property. Nor is respect. We were arriving on a Sunday afternoon. NO ONE at the property. Received an email with gate and lock box codes. NO envelope or keys inside. Emailed property and called no response. Waited hours with no response. The Emergency phone number, which we were told about when we left, was written ALL in French. (So if you don't read french or don't have a phone they don't care) The room we got was not fully clean. Squished bug on the wall, streaks on the walls and glass divider in the bathroom. The fan in the bathroom was disgusting, i doubt it has Ever been cleaned. Half a roll of toilet paper. Dishes left in the dishwasher and a pot was dirty in the drawer under the tv. Spider webs above the patio doors. Shower head/wand was mounted on the wall just above the tap. You have to hold it in your one hand while showering as its aimed at your shins otherwise. Only positive was that there was adequate parking. When checking out we brought our concerns to the front desk lady (after spending 25mins on Expedia chat) to which all she did was make excuses and try to blame others and us (because we don't speak/read French)! Then she had the nerve to say she wouldn't charge us for a late check out! It was 10:50am. Are you kidding me. I usually take most little things with a grain of salt when traveling to other countries but after everything, not a chance. Should be rated at a 5/10 max."

"I wasn’t expecting much since this isn’t a 4 or 5 star hotel. The most disappointing thing was there was NO soap, shampoo or anything like it, just a single roll of toilet paper. And definitely it was far from being called clean. The mattress was super cheap quality and very old. "

"The property grounds are amazing. There is lots of room outside and many areas set up with chairs to hang out with beautiful views. The “Paradise” was our favorite spot to take our morning coffee. Having a kitchen equipped with 2 fridges and 2 dish washers is well thought for 20 people. "

"Location is good. But the house needs renovation. At the very least, it requires thorough cleaning and maintenance. Many equipment are broken. The kitchen utensils and pans are scratched and broken. The carpets are stained, and the floors are not generally cleaned for ages. Kitchen is not suitable for 10 people, even not functional for one family, so I doubt why the house is called architect‘s. It's totaly clear that the service is very poor. Upon arrival, we had to rewash all the dishes. We even found some pots left by someone else with remains of rotten food. We had to wash the outdoor furniture covers and sweep the yard. Additionally, the plumbing was clogged and needed cleaning. To be fair, the owners resolved this issue quickly, but only after we contacted them, as the concierge service simply ignored our messages. In general, the villa does not meet the price-quality ratio. For the price, one would expect at least mid-range accommodation, but instead, you get a budget-level. I want to highlight this for those considering renting. We managed our issues with the owner, but I'm not sure this is how it should work. And finally, after checking out, we received a message from the concierge, expressing frustration over a forgotten bundle of parsley in the fridge and some washed dishes left out to dry (they just needed to be put away). It's clear that the lazy cleaners hold others to higher standards than they do themselves. "
