2 bedroom, 2 full bath, 750 Sq. foot private home in the midst of the Finger Lakes Wine Region. Interior completely updated and fully furnished with one queen bed and one full bed. A/C in both bedrooms. Love seat couch and oversized barrel chair. Fully functional kitchen with all tools needed for cooking. Please no pets and no smoking. Our address is 1874 W Blaine Road, Ovid NY 14521.

Perfect place for our fishing trip, 10 minutes to the lake and the wineries are everywhere!! House was perfect with separate bathrooms, spacious and comfortable bedrooms, gorgeous views from the back or front porches!!

FAB! In the Finger Lakes

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary! This was our first Verbo experience and it was amazing!! Location is perfect!! It’s an easy ride to several destinations. Property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I’m looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent countryside rental

We had a great stay, eventhough the weather wasn’t super conducive to our plans for the weekend. The house was perfect size for 2-4 guests. Very clean, rental process and communication was a breeze, house is located in a very quiet location surrounded by fields. Locations is convenient with a 20 min or so drive to Seneca and Cayuga Lake. I would definitely rent again!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute cottage in the Finger Lakes. It was centrally located and easy to get to. We loved the wine decor! We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits and will recommend it to others.

Cute cottage with everything we needed. Great quiet location with beautiful farm view off the back porch. Host was very communicative and responsive. Nice to have each bedroom/bathroom on opposite sides for privacy. Would definitely stay again.

This is a quiet and nicely appointed cottage that served our needs well given its location. Bob is a terrific host. The air conditioner units in the two bedrooms (only) were appreciated, given how hot it was during our stay.

Finger Lakes New York Wine Tour

Perfectly located property in the heart of the Finger Lakes wine country. The property comfortably accomodated four adults, was very clean and was exactly as advertised. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone interested in staying near Seneca Lake or Cayuge Lake.

Beautiful property, inside and out. Felt like ‘home away from home’ right away. Loved the porches. Well-stocked with essentials. Very neat, clean and uncluttered. Located fairly close to anything you’d be interested in exploring. Definitely well worth the visit.

Great location in the Finger Lakes

The location was exactly what we needed. This home was located 5 miles from Sampson State Park, where our other friends were camping. Within a short distance to many wineries and breweries. The house was clean, and the owner responded promptly to any questions i had. Would definitely rent here again.

Great little cottage near the finger lakes

I booked this place in January for our daughter’s graduation from Cornell in Ithaca about 45 minutes away because there were no hotels available, it turned out perfect, the place was super! Clean, well appointed and very peaceful. I would recommend over a cramped hotel room. Thanks

Great place! Very comfortable. We had everything we needed. Loved the large washer and dryer. Coffee in the morning. Having two full bathrooms was super nice. The host, Bob, was super responsive and gave us recommendations to wineries and food.

A must stay!

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and super clean. The owner thought of all the details from the decor to the extras. The property was beautiful and quiet. It was far enough away from the crowds but close enough to the wine trail on Seneca Lake. The owners were helpful in naming some restaurants and wineries as well. Would love to go back again.

Escape from PA

We wanted to have a relaxing fun weekend to enjoy Wineries, a hike to see the Falls and we even did a few laps on the Racetrack! A hugh benefit was renting this adorable, rustic retreat. The location was perfect and we found a quaint diner for morning breakfast 😋. Definitely will rent again!! Thanks Bob for this great place to rent.

Pennsylvania wine lovers

The property was awesome for our two couple group. We love the fingerlakes and spend a lot of time here. So much nicer( and cheaper) than staying at a hotel. The house was cute and cozy. Nice porches for hanging out. We were tasting Saturday and Sunday, it’s a perfect location. We will be back. The home owner was very easy and available to communicate with.

Great location in Finger Lakes

Nice quiet cottage in Ovid. AC in bedrooms were a plus as we were in a heat wave that week. Better lighting and room darkening shades in bedrooms will be a plus. Liked the kitchen utensils and cookware. Keurig was a plus with kcups....great stay!
