"The cabin was even better than expected! Clean, beautiful, well decorated, and romantic! Romantic enough that I asked my girlfriend to marry me. (She said yes!) The only problem I had was lighting the fireplace. Most likely operator error! I woul rent it again, for sure!"

"The decor was excellent I love all the artifacts comfortable bed comfortable sofa and we were able to cook good meals. We had a great time exploring around Helen and other places I want to thank the host for everything and I would highly recommend this property to my friends."

"The cabin is in a great location in a pretty valley next to the creek. We loved the back deck, listening to the sounds. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed. It was a cozy and comfortable space . Don't miss the deli at the Hanging Dog General Store! We would definitely return. Thanks for sharing this lovely space with us."

"We really enjoyed our stay! The view from the cabin was beautiful, and we loved spending time on the covered porch drinking coffee, looking at the mountains, and watching the wildlife. The other cabins are fairly close, but it wasn’t an issue for us at all. Everyone was quiet and laid back, and we enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere.The cabin had plenty of supplies to make the stay comfortable and cozy, and having a washer and dryer was a great bonus. A few small suggestions for the owners would be adding nightstands in the bedrooms, fixing the guest room door that doesn’t close, and mentioning in the property description that guests are responsible for providing propane (not just in the guest rules) so it’s clear before booking.The bed was on the firmer side. My husband loved it, while I usually prefer a softer mattress, but it was still comfortable enough for our stay. One thing to note if you plan to cook often, the stove has a ventless hood, so smoke and cooking smells don’t clear out as easily.Overall, we had a wonderful time and really enjoyed the peaceful mountain setting. It was a great place to relax and unwind!"

"From check in to check out everything was so smooth. The porch and deck were our favorite spots. The view was so amazing. Just what the soul needed. The cabin is out fitted with everything you could need to cook with. Just bring the dogs and chill. I hope we have the ability to come back. It is a remote jewel."

"This was a wonderful place for 2 families to stay! Check in was smooth with the door codes being sent ahead of time. The house is large with plenty of space for different activities. Some of the games in the game room are well-used which was perfect for the kids to be able to use them without having to worry too much. Views from the decks are lovely and the drive into town is quick. The house was clean and checkout process was easy."
