This fabulous townhome is located in Fleur de Lis approximately 1 mile from campus and Swayze Field and minutes to the Square. The main level features the living room, kitchen and dining area, half bath, laundry, Master BR with king bed and full bath and access to a gated private patio with a grill. The upstairs level includes a loft area and 2 BR with a queen bed in one and 2 Bunk Beds in the other. Each bunk has a full bed down and twin bed up in addition to a twin trundle. All bedrooms have full private baths and spacious closets. This end unit features 3 private parking spots and a comfortable outdoor furniture set on the back patio. Tastefully decorated w/ custom artwork. Comfortable beds and select complimentary amenities included. Extra linens and blankets are available if you want to throw down a couple of additional air mattresses. Come enjoy Oxford with family and friends.
