It's very convenient to have parking spots onsite at the hotel. We parked the car there, walked a few minutes to the bus stop and took the bus right to the Oxford city center. We enjoyed our breakfast there. They have a wide variety of food to choose from. Will certainly stay here again.

The location is perfect to walk to various sights. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. The carpet needs stretching, but that’s simply what happens with carpet and it did not impact our experience. We appreciate Josh, who was very kind, professional, and helpful. The breakfast was wonderful! Thank you for a great stay!

Everything was great- very quiet location, excellent breakfast, daily housekeeping for fresh towels and sheets and helpful staff. There was a little problem with the TV not working but it was resolved the next day.

Parking-we got there early so got a space right outside the front of the hotel, could hear people who arrived later being told parking was further down the road, so not sure on that one. Our room was right opposite the reception desk, thought it would have been noisy, but it didnt disturb our night, was fine. good for location, bus to town etc. 5 min walk from hotel to closest bus stop. we left the car at the hotel the whole stay, and used the buses. would definitely stay here again.

Was very useful for events in the town centre. Some of the decor/internal needs a bit of TLC but looked clean and functional. Lack of gluten free sausages or hash browns on the breakfast buffet was disappointing but I didnt ask for GF so no idea of they would have provided some. Just perfect budget for a one night stopover before a conference though. Easy check in and I got parking. Thanks

Our room was unbearably hot and stuffy overnight, resulting in very little sleep. The window did not open at all and there was no air conditioning or ventilation. Reasonable breakfast. Good location.

Great location. Just outside the businesses of the city centre. Staff very helpful. We opt to have breakfast elsewhere as there is so much choice in the area.

All the service was really good. Our room was number 25 and it was really quiet. Continental breakfast was really good, but the only issue with the pastry was that it didn't have any vegan option.

Very comfortable bed! A fan was provided which was awesome given the heat wave that was happening! There was an iron/ironing board and the room was spacious. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Had a great supper in the restaurant. Parking on site for a very reasonable price. Great location for exploring plus the area around was very quiet.

The beds are comfortable. The toiletries are of good quality. However, the bathroom was long and narrow. Not easy to use also in summer, have to draw close the heavy curtains as the sun shines right into the room. A trade off as there is no air con and needed the windows to be open

Staff excellent, very helpful. Expensive price tag did not match the standard of the room. There was a damp smell in the room on arrival. I had to keep the window open during my entire stay as I was concerned about inhaling damp or the possibility of mold. I left one day early as an inflammatory eye condition had flared up and I was concerned about spending another night in the room. There were multiple maintenance issues including the lift which jammed on a few occasions. I did not request another room as the hotel was full. I was also aware that Oxford was extremely busy and the possibility of another room would be limited. Also I was travelling alone and didn’t want to deal with the stress of that. Disappointed with the standard of the room and lift. The room needs to be stripped out to deal with the smell of dampness. The carpet had an unpleasant odour as did the sofa .
