The Store is an excellent hotel in central Oxford - so close to local attractions, shopping and dining. We loved the friendly and welcoming staff and the room was beautiful. We’re only had a few nights here but they were very memorable - I would stay here again

Despite paying over £500 per night i was given a room on first night which had a blanked out window ie no natural light - i was moved the next day but again very overpriced accommodation. Highly not recommended and you will see from my profile I have never felt need to complain! A very poor hotel.

Could not have had a nicer stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The spa facilities are a nice added touch. The room was a nice size and very quite considering how close you are to the middle of Oxford.

Great Hotel

Great hotel and really friendly service - we felt really looked after and the room was really plush. Excellent location, right in the heart of oxford. Bar opening times, particularly for the rooftop bar were a bit limited which was a shame.

Spa was amazing, worth booking. The finer details like the sparkling water were also a nice treat. Location and hotel were nice. Toilet door didn't lock and didn't stay shut which was unfortunate and some of the lights didn't turn on but there was still plenty of light

Perfect location.

Perfect location, lovely common areas and rooms. Beds were a bit hard for my preference, but I like quite a soft mattress. The room was a bit too warm, because the AC is centrally controlled. But overall, I would recommend.

Wonderful stay in brilliant location.

Wonderful last minute stay for husbands birthday with 3 young children. Hotel is beautiful and immaculate! We were given a room upgrade which was lovely and champagne and balloons left in the room to mark my husbands birthday. Would happily return.
