"This is a perfect, traditional German inn. For us the atmosphere was perfect and had lots of personality. The included breakfast was great. We had one evening meal at Nebelhornblick which was excellent. The evening menu was the most varied we had during our stay in Germany. I noted one reviewer complained that no-one in the hotel spoke fluent English but as this is Germany I did not presume that they had to speak "my" language. "First class hotel all the way around! Clean, comfortable, quiet, in a picturesque village. The staff was amazing, room spacious well appointed, at a central and convenient location. Do not pass on the breakfast buffet!"

"It was great being within the old town area, and the location very near the free bus to the castles was a real plus. The facility is getting a bit dated and the (family) room, while spacious, was not very well appointed. Breakfast was great. Navigating the hotel's underground parking garage was a bit tight."
