"The property is well equipped and in a great location, a car is essential though. The communal areas with pools were fantastic and well maintained with great views of the surrounding countryside.The apartment itself has everything needed for a great stay, perhaps some features are a little dated and require an update. A little attention to detail needed particularly in the bathroom/shower where the tiles and grouting need some restoration. Paula met us on arrival and was very welcoming and showed us all around the apartment. Overall, a great stay and would recommend"

"Really nice property and exactly as described, lots of room inside and out. Pool is a good size and nice to have hot tub and outdoor games. The location is amazing, really secluded and peaceful. Approach roads take a bit of getting used to but you have to expect that for the rural location. Would recommend for any big families looking for a retreat in the sun. "

"Lovely spacious apartment in a quiet area close to Moraira town centre. The gardens and grounds are well kept and ample parking on the quiet street. Brilliant air conditioning in all rooms. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need! Lovely spacious terrace with a bbq and sofa.The 2nd bedroom would be more beneficial as twin beds to appeal more to families. The sofa in the lounge is a sofabed which is not in the description. A safe for your valuables should be provided. Paula is an attentive host, thanks so much!"

"We have just returned from a two week stay here and have to say, we loved it.The Villa is a large 5 bedroom property, tucked away on the edge of Teulada and it delivered in every way possible. The swimming pool was a great size and kept us all entertained for the fortnight. We loved the bubble over the top as it meant we could use the pool all day and not get burnt (it was very hot!). The bubble over the top of the pool is made up so that you can lift up the side panels on both sides of the pool, so you still have a roof but no sides. Outside there is also a table tennis table in the back garden, that didn't get much use as it was just too hot to stay out there for long without jumping in the pool. With that in mind, there is also a car port at the back gate of the property which was very effective in keeping the car nice and cool.We loved the lemon tree outside the back door and used many of them in our food and drinks.There is also a pool table, inside, which was where we all gathered most evenings, if we weren't out exploring the area.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd need and the large cupboard off of the kitchen has every pot, pan and appliance you could want for whipping up any delicious meal you'd like.The bedrooms are all large and generously furnished. Our master bedroom was beautiful. The bed was enormous and the view from the balcony was spectacular. Thank you Keiron for helping with everything. A wonderful trip, I think we'll be back."

"Villa is a little dated and the pool could do with a refurb but overall it was ok for just the 2 of us Air con in the bedroom would have been nice as it was unseasonably hot when we were there. "
