"its it not very quiet because they have two children constantly running up stairs and you can hear it's constant banging all day but the people were really friendly that run it we didn't get bothered at allits a nice environment in place but if you want quiet this isn't the place to gonow if you dont mind that its the best place "

"Good service, clean room, nice breakfast. We stayed here a few times for kids swim meet at KCAC, will come back in the future. A minor thing, one of our beds was settling, so rotating out old mattress would be great."
