"Horrible experience. We used Expedia to book this hotel during J4 weekend and the front staff could not check us in and said Expedia sold us rooms they’re not supposed too and charged us extra for 1 night and told us to find another place to stay at for the 2 night. Everything was horrible, customer service, key to garage didn’t even work. Had to keep calling for help. Would not book again!!! Last time at Anaheim resort"
