Wake each morning and end each day with incredible panoramic Ocean Views from this beach-front Pacifica apartment! The views are always clear and unobstructed as this is literally ocean front on the 2nd story and of course you have your own private balcony.

This 1bed / 1bath flat sleeps up to 2 people on a queen bed. Equipped with a full kitchen with stove and oven and a dining nook (again with ocean views!). Also features a desk and wood burning fireplace to make your stay cozy and warm!

Small apartment in location directly across from the beach. There were good things about this space, and some “nice tries”, but many items did not hit the mark. Many things did not work including electrical outlet in bathroom, microwave, main light in dining area. No extra blanket available. Extra pillows were shoved high up in closet, dusty and with no pillow case on them. But there were nice snacks left for guests. Kitchen equipped fairly well. *could use a large knife. Someone has decorated to look modern & cute in photos. So they’ve put some effort into it. The curb appeal of property itself appears unkempt. Some of which has to do with ocean-salt air. The windows are tough to see out of because of this… presume hard to keep clean. You’ll appreciate the beach location. Near to coffee, restaurants, fishing from the pier. Needs some TLC. We might’ve been visiting in high season so the price was steep considering the conditions encountered at the property. The property manager was kind when we made our complaints. Felt horrible to be negative. We use lodging apps very frequently and this was one of few times to complain. Again, the manager was quick to resolve.

Ideal Getaway

I needed a getaway for quiet solitude for a few days. This was so perfect that it will now become my go-to place. The accommodations were perfect. Pristine, comfortable, everything I needed to prepare my own meals. The instructions for parking and access to the apartment were easy to follow. As perfect as all that was, it pales in comparison to the location and view. I was able to see whales from my deck and front windows. The perpetual sound of the ocean lulled me to sleep each night. A five-star experience all around.

My husband and I are in our late 70's and 81. We ere attending Pacifica Bay Christian School's Graduation service. We loved the beachfront condo and would love to be able to rent it again the next time that e are in Pacifica,Thank you or the hospitality. the goodies that ere left for us were totally enjoyed!

Awesome stay

We were in town to visit our family. We come to Pacifica two or three times a year. This is one of the best places we've ever stayed. The location right across from the pier was fantastic. We will definitely be back.

Very relaxing 5 nights

My wife and I needed a great place to relax, and this place really helped us do that.Because of the close proximity to the ocean, there was seawater residue on the windows, which hindered some of the beautiful views of the water, but we purchased some cleaner and made sure we could watch a clear sunset.

Let the ocean heal you at this location

We were very pleased with our stay at this apartment. We loved being ocean front. It was clean and comfortably decorated. The kitchen is very well equipped with pretty much anything you need. There was even a gift basket that made us feel very special! The communication with Carlos was outstanding from the ease of checking in, to making sure everything was good and his availability if anything was needed. We will definitely be returning!

Great Place by the Ocean

The property is on the 2nd floor of a group of apartments right across from a walkway paralleling the ocean, the fishing pier is just sightly south, across the not-very-busy street. We live land-locked, so we loved hearing and seeing (but not sometimes smelling) the ocean all the time. We were there for a week during the "summer" (Sept-Oct) so the weather was beautiful! Our visit coincided with "Fog Fest", which had very little fog! We especially enjoyed walking to the beaches south of Sharp's Beach. The apartment was very well-equipped and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Get Away

This cute & cozy condo was an awesome choice for our anniversary trip. Just outside of San Fran, in a quiet neighborhood. Located just across from the Pier made it perfect for whale and seal watching. The condo had everything we needed. It was welcoming and cozy! We would definitely come back for another visit.

Perfect location

My 18 year old child and I stayed for 3 days. It was very clean, had adequate kitchen supplies, great location to the water. Bring coffee mugs all they have is tea cups. The bedroom door slatted. So it does not really provide privacy.

Wonderful Stay

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was the best stocked vrbo we have ever been to. Very thoughtful, very cozy. We would stay here again. Very close to the pier. The waves were amazing to watch.

Perfect!

Have stayed at this apartment a few times. Its a great home away from home. Has everything you need. The view of the Pacifica Fishing Pier and the ocean is amazing. The neighborhood is wonderful. So many nice people. The location is an easy drive to San Fran or down Highway 1. Love this place.

We can’t wait to book again!

My fiance & I stayed here for his birthday and we had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and we appreciated the goodies left for us by the host. We couldn’t have asked for a better view. The host was nice and responsive and even checked in on us to see how we were enjoying our stay. We will absolutely be back soon.

There were some reviews that felt the apartment was a little tired. That was not my view. Clean, and recently painted. It has a lovely beach vibe. Well stocked, great welcome package and a brilliant view. Hard to beat. I would stay here again without hesitation

Disappointed and Left Early

After contacting the manager, we asked if the Condo was ready at 3 pm. He thought it might be and we could check. We entered the Condo and it was not ready. We waited until 4 pm the check in time and it still was not ready. When we contacted the manager, he was unaware that the cleaning crew had not cleaned the rooms. He stated that he is sending cleaners in 30 minutes but they were not here at 5:30 so we went to dinner. When we got back the cleaners were almost finished so we waited outside. The manager told us he was refunding $150 cleaning fee. We were satisfied with his solution. The next morning when I used the toilet, it overflowed when I flushed it. The manager sent his handy man to fix it. Later that evening new guests checked in and they were very noisy that night and early the next morning. We decided to leave two days early because of the noise and the toilet was still not flushing properly. Unfortunately, despite the great ocean view, we were not comfortable staying any longer. We informed the manager and he offered to refund an additional $350. The manager was accommodating and understanding. We appreciated that he refunded almost half our bill and we may have stayed longer if we hadn’t experienced the late check in and malfunctioning toilet. The manager did follow up after we got home.

Great location, some deferred maintenance

The pros: location, responsive host, well-equipped kitchen. - You really can't beat the location of this place -- you're right on the beach, and are steps away from Pacifica Pier, and in the other direction, plenty of cute shops and restaurants. - Carlos (rental manager) was very responsive over text when I had questions, which was very much appreciated. - The kitchen was very well stocked, beyond what I usually expect for a rental: plenty of spices, oil/balsamic, plastic wrap, foil, cooking utensils, baking sheets. They also left us a goodie basket of snacks! The cons: there were several things that were broken or malfunctioning: - The central heat (in-wall heater unit) wasn't working, so the apartment didn't get above 65, even when I set the thermostat to 70. That said, when I texted Carlos he was very quick to respond and pointed me towards a space heater in the closet which worked well. - the hose on the kitchen sink was broken so the faucet head sagged lower and lower into the sink when you turned it on - the lights flickered at night in the bathroom and bedroom. In the bedroom, the lights didn't turn fully off and flickered between off and very barely on while we slept. Not really noticeable with your eyes closed, but not ideal. - there's a door guard on the front door (like you see for hotel rooms), but one of the pieces was missing so it wasn't functional. It wasn't a bad stay, but didn't feel worth the price, at over $220/night (w/ cleaning and VRBO fees).

Great stay on the beach!

We found it!!! We moved to the east coast 3 years ago and have since been looking for that perfect place to stay when we come back to visit friends and family. The place was clean, had everything we needed and was right on the ocean. My wife enjoyed the amenities like shampoo, conditioner, body wash and even a black towel for make up removal. I appreciated the well stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, bowls and utensils I needed. I am happy when there is enough coffee to get through the first night, but here they had more than enough to get through our entire stay. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The place was well stocked and laid out nicely taking full advantage of the magnificent view. My only complaint was the bed was a bit too firm, but my wife thought it was perfect.
