"Staff were very nice and helpful. Room was in need of some repair. The door between bedroom and sitting area was warped and it took great effort and made noise when opening. Bathroom door looked like it was cut at the bottom for some reason and shower ceiling looked like there was water damage."

"Check-in was efficient and pleasant. The room was very clean. Breakfast was quite elaborate, unusual for a complimentary meal. One of the staff in the breakfast room was a ray of sunshine! Her name is Ariane and she deserves a raise. Her friendliness to every single patron was just lovely to behold. We left our bags in storage while we explored the town and retrieved them easily in time to get to our train. An altogether positive experience. I now love Chicago! "

"Be aware no housekeeping services if staying less than 6 nights and property does not always answer phone when calling. Requested towels and called 4 times…took a day and half to finally receive. Additionally property not very accommodating. The rooms are good though, service was just not up to par of other hotels we have stayed in. Would not recommend or book again. "

"I chose this hotel based on location and proximity to my work conference. I was pleasantly surprised with the amazing customer service, cleanliness of the room and amenities available. I even noticed the main in my room used an “Emily hotel” zip tie for one of my chargers that wasn’t tied up. So sweet of her! I also enjoyed the coffee bar downstairs. I tried the tuna bowl with quinoa downstairs at the Faro restaurant. It was okay. The service was very slow and not as friendly as the hotel staff was!"
