"Fabulously decorated hotel and room. Lovely balcony. Restaurant was busy but we didn't use it so cant comment on food. Easy walk to other dining option. Sadly it was cheaper to book on expedia rather than direct with hotel. Would definitely stay here again."

"Great place to stay in the 2 bedroom motel units. Clean and comfortable beds. Bathroom needs updating, but was not a problem. Serviced daily. Easy parking. Great playground for kids to keep them occupied"

"Lovely apartment but beds and pillows were awful - we both came back home with bad backs and had trouble sleeping throughout our stay. But Nelson is always lovely and the apartment itself was lovely and quiet."

"Room was clean and well presented. Kitchen was lacking some utensils and utensils could have used a clean or replacement . Window in kitchen was full of dust and insects. Good location to shops and restaurants. FOH staff seemed a little unhelpful. "

"The house is positioned on a very central spot and has a great view. It was spacious with comfortable furniture and beds. It was handy that the toilet below was seperate from the bathroom and that you did not have to walk through the room for the upstairs bathroom.Recommendations for improvement:** Basic clean was fine but it could do with a deep clean as there where plenty of cobwebs.** More teaspoons may be handy.Despite this, it was a great house and would certainly recommend. "Had a very pleasant stay in their family unit. Room was very spacious, with a nicely renovated bathroom. Got a yummy fresh bottle of milk at check-in, which was a pleasant surprise! Walking distance to the playground and beach. The room was in the front facing the main road so despite the double-glazed windows, you can hear trucks. I would request a room in the back if available next time but otherwise, will stay again!"
