Small villa with lake-view terrace inside an elegant residence with swimming pool, tennis court and pier with direct access to the lake and the beach, in a 5,000-square-meter park planted with century-old olive trees, in Padenghe sul Garda.The house opens onto a large, bright living room equipped with a comfortable sofa, two dining tables with chairs, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful terrace with outdoor table and chairs from which there are lovely views of the lake and the residence's garden. The kitchen, separate from the living room, is complete with refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, electric kettle, citrus juicer, American coffee maker, and toaster. The ground floor is completed by a half bath and a bedroom with a single bed, closet and fan. The apartment continues upstairs with the sleeping area consisting of two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The first room has a queen-size bed while the second has a bunk bed. Both rooms have a fan, closet and window overlooking the garden. Externally, at the back of the apartment guests can enjoy a private garden with a porch, table, chairs and barbecue perfect for preparing delicious meals to enjoy outdoors.
