Clean room, comfortable beds. Our only complaint was that we wanted to extend our stay by another night and the front desk could not do it without waiting for the reservation staff to arrive which wasn't to happen until 10am. Essentially we had to pack up, check out and be checked back in later. ...

Hilo Reeds Bay Hotel
It was the only available room for Merrie Monarch - stayed 2 nights but had to change rooms. Rooms were actually ok but there was basically no view of the bay as shown on website.

Arnott's Lodge
Loved it here! Would have stayed longer but they were booked up. Great location. Short BEAUTIFUL walk to the beach/park. The woman at the front desk was so nice and helpful! A+
