Only Slight problem was that the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable for 3rd adult. Otherwise good location on seafront, in town centre. Tiles in shower need a bit of a clean

Perfect location and great facilities, the rooms are spacious, clean and everything you need for a great family trip. Free onsite parking and everything you need for a sea side holiday is on the door step! Would 100% stay here again!

Fantastic location on the front at Paignton by the Harbour. Free parking is a great bonus. Clean, modern, freshly decorated & great Covid protective measures in place (automatic hand sanitizers inside & outside main door & antibacterial Dorsey in flat) Had a 2nd floor flat at the rear of the property but would like/prefer one overlooking the sea at the front. Lovely last minute break. Great find. Will return, definitely

Great location. Simple check-in process and parking included outside was a big help. Apartment needs some TLC. Sink and tiles have come away from bathroom wall. Loose toilet seat and shower door a bit temperamental.

Great location, clean ,tidy and modern accommodation. Everything we needed for our short stay ,only negative I can think of was black mould in shower and if you like a very firm bed you will love it here .

Few days away

Apartments in a good location near to shops restaurants and close to the beach with free parking which was good. Our apartment was on the top floor with quite a few stairs to tackle The apartment was quite small even though advertised as a 4 person apartment no way could 4 people be comfortable in the small space The sofa was really uncomfortable to sit on and so was the bed to sleep in it was extremley hard I think the comfort side of this apartment needs looking at, We didnt sleep well at all ! Upon using the toaster in the morning for breakfast the alarm kept going off!! Which needs addressing, Outside the apartment is very dimmley lit so trying to put the door code in was difficult meaning we had to use our torches on our phones to see, Sorry to say we wouldnt stay here again
