Holiday Home 'Les Coquelicots Proche Mer' with Private Terrace, Garden and Wi-Fi

Located 3 km from the beaches and Paimpol town center, just 200 m from a 600-hectare forest, this beautiful 130 m² stone house offers all the comfort and space you need for a relaxing stay near the coast.



The property features a spacious, bright 70 m² open area with a fully equipped modern kitchen including dishwasher and fridge/freezer, a comfortable living room with HD flat-screen TV and access to various platforms, and a veranda overlooking a landscaped, enclosed 600 m² garden and a terrace with countryside views.



There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, one bedroom with a 180 cm bed (two identical beds joined) and an en-suite bathroom (shower) with WC; upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be combined—plus a washroom with WC.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels. Free private parking is available for your car.



A babysitting service and shuttle from the train station are available for an extra charge. Beach towels can also be provided for an additional fee.



Pets: one dog is allowed for an extra charge (no cats).



Electricity is included. Heating is available; consumption is metered, with a daily allowance included.
