From the sun terrace leads into the living room furnished with fitted kitchen. From there follow the bedroom and the bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped for discerning holidaymakers. Washer un dishwashers available. The terrace with unobstructed ocean view invites the morning the sunrise to enjoy or to finish the evening in a romantic atmosphere with a candlelight dinner.

Brilliant apartment in great location

Apartment was clean comfortable and very well equipped. Television provided with German channels I think but we did not use it. Stunning view with balcony overlooking the lovely beach and about 5 minutes walk to supermarket and a variety of restaurants. Jan and his wife were great to deal with answering questions and giving advice on places to eat etc. A big thank you to them. We had a hire car which enabled us to travel around the island on some days but also just loved sitting on that balcony looking at the sea. A perfect holiday! Would definitely return.

Another great stay

Our second stay in this wonderful apartment and just as good as last year - maybe even better as the bathroom has been updated. It is very well maintained by the owners. Again communication with the managers was excellent and we knew they were there if we had any problems. They even offered storage for our suitcases on the last day when we had a late flight! Again a perfect holiday and we would definitely return again.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage! Schön renovierte Küche und Bad. Viel Stauraum in Extrazimmer! Phantastischer Blick über die Costa Calma. Das Meer ist in 5 Min. zu Fuss erreichbar. Vermieter sind sehr nett und die Kommunikation war perfekt.

Jedern Morgen aufzuwachen mit Blick aufs Meer bei Sonnenschein ist herrlich!

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bequeme Betten, gute Terrassenmöbel mit Sonnenliegen, Sonnenschirm und Markise, ausreichend Handtücher und eine gut ausgestattete Küche machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Schon in Badeanzug vom Apartment zum Strand zum Baden zu gehen ist bequem. Die Anlage verfügt am Strandzugang über Duschen, alles ist durch abgeschlossene Tore gesichert! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt!

Tollen Urlaub (Apartment) direkt am Meer verbracht

Großzügige Wohnung mit sehr guter Küchenausstattung Herrlicher Blick aufs Meer und den Strand Die Matratzen und das Schlafzimmer sind einwandfrei Leider ist das zusammengewürfelte Mobiliar der restlichen Wohnung sehr in die Jahre gekommen und würde eine Auffrischung vertragen Die Liegen und die dazugehörigen Auflagen sind leider grenzwertig Für diesen Preis ginge es besser

Die Lage ist super mit Blick auf das Meer und großem Balkon. Größe und Aufteilung sind sehr gut, jedoch ist das Objekt sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Hier müsste leider mal richtig investiert werden, um es auf einen aktuellen Stand zu bringen. Leider wurde ich - meiner Meinung nach - vom Vermittler sehr unpassend behandelt.

Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine super Lage. Sie ist sauber und gut ausgestattet, jedoch müssten einige Instandsetzungen durchgeführt. Z. B. Lose Scheuerleisten, diverse Putz - und Malerarbeiten. Es war dennoch ein sehr toller Urlaub.

Great, relaxing stay with a view

This property is lovingly maintained, though well used. It is literally 3 min walking to one of the best beaches on the island. We enjoyed the safety, beauty, and quiet of the apartment complex. The terrace, which is huge, is very private and sunny. The apartment itself has all the things you would need to cook there. We especially liked that there is a dishwasher and a washing machine as we stayed 10 days. The new Spar is right around the corner, no more than 5 min walking.ball your shopping needs can, more or less, be met there! Loved it, would stay again!

Sehr schöne Lage

Das Appartment liegt in einem schönen Bungalowkomplex und der kurze Weg zum Strand führt durch die Anlage. Das Appartment hat zwei an die eigene Terrasse angrenzende Räume zum Wohnen/ Kochen und Schlafen. Das Bad und WC liegt im hinteren Bereich und hat kein Tageslicht, jedoch eine mechanische Entlüftung. Die Ausstattung ist gut und vollständig. Das Design der Wohnung ist insgesamt etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Lage entschädigt dies aber.

Erstklassiges Appartement

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem sehr schönen Appartement das noch schöner ist als auf den Bildern zu sehen .Super Blick auf Meer und Strand .Es ist alles vorhanden wie beschrieben .Wohn-und Schlafzimmer haben Zugang zur Terrasse ( die riesig ist ).Küche mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht .WC mit Bidet und das grosse Bad sind voneinander getrennt ,angrenzend an diesem noch ein fensterloser Wirtschaftsraum in dem sich einige Schränke und Utensilien zur Mitbenutzung sowie eine Waschmaschine befanden . Die Wohnung und das Interieur sehr sauber und geplegt so wie auch die gesamte Anlage ,die über zwei verschliessbare Eingänge zur Anlage sowie zwei ebenso abschliessbaren Strandzugängen verfügt ,bei diesen befinden sich auch Aussenduschen . Vor der Anlage ein Bäcker sowie Restaurants , weiter in der Nähe reichlich Einkaufsmöglichkeiten . Nicht zu vergessen der supernette Empfang und die persönliche Einweisung durch die Mitarbeiter der Verwaltung die telefonisch jederzeit zu erreichen waren . 100 % weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden. Urlaub pur! Schon alleine durch die unkomplizierte Abwicklung bei der Anreise. Das Apartment ist ein Traum. Sauber, gepflegt und wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse, einmalig. Das Apartment an sich ist super ausgestattet. WC und Badezimmer sind getrennt. Ein großer Abstellraum. Vom Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer genießt man einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Atlantik. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Wege zum Supermarkt,Restaurants und Strand sind kurz. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt weil alles gepasst hat .Wir werden sicherlich wiederkommen. Danke für die tolle , unvergessliche Zeit!!

Toller Ausblick, sehr ruhige Lage und ein sehr großer Balkon. 1 1/2 min bis zum Wasser, ausserdem ein deutscher Bäcker vor der Tür und ein Sparmarkt um die Ecke.
