About this property

Beautiful apartment to feel good and relax

  • Nice apartment in the quiet residential complex Hibiscus III at ground level with a bedroom, large salon with American kitchen and a spacious terrace. It is equipped for 2 people. Internet / Wi-Fi
    Fully furnished with washing machine, etl. Kitchen appliances, 4-way ceramic hob, oven, bed linen, towels and hair dryer. TV and satellite system for German and Spanish television and radio programs is also available. All windows are equipped with fly screens.
    Good quiet location not far to the beach (about 8 minutes) etl. Shops and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.

    If the apartment is already occupied at the time you want, please ask me anyway because I have several apartments to rent.

    We charge 70 euros for the final cleaning.
    These extra costs are due when the keys are handed over.
