Abslitely fantastic stay! Very clean, lots of space, good size swimming pool. Rules in the development are very sensible and are being followed, so it was quiet and ejoyable. All communal areas are very well maintained, clean, and great looked after.

The apartments are really great, they have everything you could need really, also having such big balcony areas with table and sun loungers is a massive bonus! Pool area was so lovely, very clean and new. Gorgeous beach only about a 5 minute walk away where you can hire 2 beds a day for only €15. Spar right next door with everything you could need. Not loads to do / places to eat around the area so would recommend hiring a car if you want to explore. Overall would highly recommend we had the most relaxing week :)

Apartment was beautiful and in perfect location. I am only giving 3 star as the lift was not working all week. It was dangerously going up and down the stairs with a pram and baby. Turned into a nightmare. Host didn’t reply to me when I messaged them

Perfect Location.

Exactly as described. The apartment and furnishings were all new, kitchen had new appliances dishwasher washing machine induction oven and hob, microwave (no kettle) air con worked perfectly (make sure you close curtains before you go out), nice size balcony and roof terrace, free on street parking. No reception, you will receive a code for the gate and your apartment prior to arrival. Immaculate pool area with loungers and parasols. 5 minute walk to the beach. We were there first two weeks of September - 2 loungers and parasol 15 euros all day. Large Spar shop next door and short walk to Bars and Restaurants. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet getaway

Couldn’t fault anything about our stay at Calm Beach Apartments. It was exactly as pictured—modern, comfortable, and spotlessly clean throughout. The location is excellent, with beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We would definitely recommend staying here and would happily return in the future.

Die Unterkunft war zentral in Costa Calma gelegen, der Spar Supermarkt war direkt gegenüber fussläufig erreichbar, wo man alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen hat. Die Anlage und das Zimmer waren per separaten Keycodes zugänglich, welche nach dem Online-Check-In per Mail zugesandt wurden. Das Zimmer war modern und sauber. War mit jeweils einem Satz Bettwäsche fürs Doppelbett und Schlafcouch sowie mit Hand-, Bade-, und Strandtücher jeweils pro Gast ausgestattet, welche nach einer Woche komplett gegen frische Wäsche/Tücher ausgetauscht wurden. Die Terrasse war ausreichend groß und mit zwei Liegen und einem Esstisch mit 4 Stühlen bestückt. Die Terrasse ist nicht blickgeschützt, sofern man nicht ganz oben ein Zimmer hat. In der Küche war alles soweit vorhanden, an Equipment, Besteck und Geschirr hatte uns nichts gefehlt. Ein kleines Manko war, dass der Herd keine Umluftfunktion (nur Ober-und Unterhitze) hatte und somit nur ein Blech gleichzeitig verwenden werden konnte. Ansonsten gab es noch einen Fön im Bad und Putzgeräte (Handfeger,Schaufel, Mopp + Eimer) und Waschmaschine im Gang hinter einer Tür versteckt. Was hier gefehlt hatte, war ein Staubsauber, so dass der mitgebrachte Sand vom Strand nur mit Handfeger und Schaufel beseitigt werden konnte. Die Coachzeile im Wohnbereich war ein wenig beengt, komfortabler wäre eine L-förmige Coach gewesen, wo man dann besser vor dem Fernseher oder beim Lesen gelegen hätte, vor allem zu zweit.

Das Apartment ist ziemlich geräumig und insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind reichlich vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen.

*Tolle geräumige Unterkunft *Sehr sauber & ruhig * Zugang zur Anlage und zum Appartement erfolgt über einen Zahlencode. Es gibt keine Rezeption * Reinigung des Zimmers erfolgte in meinen 10 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht. Es gibt einen Besen, sodass man selber fegen kann. *Die Küche ich sehr gut ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Herd, Backofen und Spülmaschinen sowie eine gute Grundausstattung an Geschirr und co) *Haushaltsrolle, 2 Handtücher und 1 Schwamm sowie 2 Lappen mit Spüli wurden ebenfalls bereitgestellt * Spülmaschinentabs und Waschmittel musste ich selbst einkaufen um diese zu nutzen * das Appartement war für bis zu 4 Personen ausgerichtet, was ich allerdings bei einem 160 Bett und einer Ikea klappcouch etwas beengt finde. Zudem gibt es pro Schlafmöglichkeit immer nur eine große Bettdecke (hat mich als Einzelperson nicht gestört) * der Balkon verfügt über einen Tisch mit 4 Stühlen und 2 Sonnenliegen. Man kann bis mittags die Sonne genießen, ab nachmittags ist der Balkon im Schatten * am letzten Tag vor meiner Abreise hatte ich Probleme mit der Toilettenspülung und der Dusche. Das Wasser lief in der dusche plötzlich nicht mehr ab und in der Toilette blubberte es. Hier wusste ich zb nicht wen ich kontaktieren hätte können und habe am Tag meiner Abreise einen Zettel hinterlassen *neben dem Gebäude ist direkt ein Supermarkt - sehr gut ausgestattet und preislich ok

Wir waren zwei Erwachsene mit einem Kind und hatten das Apartment mit Meerblick sowie einer zusätzlichen Terrasse gebucht – und genau das hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Der direkte Blick auf den Atlantik ist einfach traumhaft. Das Apartment selbst ist geschmackvoll, modern eingerichtet. Alles war äußerst sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Besonders praktisch mit Kind: ausreichend Platz, eine gut ausgestattete Küche und die Möglichkeit, sowohl draußen als auch drinnen entspannt zu essen. Die zusätzliche überdachte Terrasse war Gold wert – ideal für entspannte Nachmittage oder ein Frühstück im Freien. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Details und Komfort gelegt wird. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend: strandnah und alles gut erreichbar. Perfekt für Familien, die Erholung suchen und gleichzeitig flexibel bleiben möchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die auf Fuerteventura eine hochwertige, entspannte Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Meerblick suchen!

Mooi uitzicht , groot balkon (helaas geen parasol), grote kamers. Er ontbraken wat dingen in de keuken, nl. ; waterkoker, koffie voorziening, klein steelpannetje. In de 15 dagen dat wij er waren geen schoonmaakpersoneel gezien. Na een week zelf beddengoed verschoond.( lag in de kast)
