Residential area of ​​Costa Calma on a 500m large property, with private pool and tropical private garden. There are only a few meters from the sea with its fine sandy beach.
Equipped with qualitative very high quality materials, which run through the whole villa. Living room, separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub, large terrace on the right of the pool is located. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the sea and the region of Costa Calma.
