We loved our stay here. The staff was great and friendly. The rooms were fun & comfortable w gorgeous views. The restaurant had great food.
Rented the ebikes to zoo. arou d town on our own a couple of days & booked a 100 waterfalls tour w them.
Only downside (whoch was big) was that the location is 2.5 k from town, so you had to walk, rent bikes.or ride to get to town or other restaurants & activities.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was cozy and exceptionally clean. Lots of things to do on the grounds. My room had a ceiling fan but no AC...not a problem right now but would probably not be the best option during hot season. Overall a great experience and I would definitely come again.

Breakfast was the highlight. Al la carte menu with fresh fruit available. Staff were amazing. Rooms are a little small but that's expected given the excellent central location (away from the night market buzz but close enough to walk). Only negative is construction going on behind the property and dogs barking at night. All of these things are out of the control of the hotel however and I can't fault them for that.

The manager Mr. Thy and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. He booked an all day tour for us that I recommend. The free shuttle to town was convenient. He helped us to buy train tickets to Vang Vieng. You have a choice for daily breakfast that was very nice. The night we arrived they had a Christmas party with free food and drinks for guests. Only downside to stay was water for the shower and was not very hot.

Wonderful staff, all so very welcoming, friendly and helpful with everything we needed. A lovely room with private balcony, mini fridge, tea pot, amazing breakfasts with both Lao and western foods- lots of fruits! Bikes available to borrow, clean small swimming pool. River access. Beautiful landscape and easy access to city center via bamboo bridge ( except in monsoons). Love this place and will definitely return!

2nd visit, this time with son and gf. First time at this hotel. Very beautiful place. Excellent pool. Beautiful garden and wood work throughout. Staff exceptional. What would make this a "5"? Shower curtains, softer pillows, more choice for breakfast.

The guest house does not have the heritage value of other properties in the area, which is reflected in the price. It is however extremely comfortable and the staff go out of their way to make you feel at home. On the opposite side of the river to the heritage area, a stay at the guest house involves a walk over a bamboo bridge, a feature in itself, in the dry season, or a short boat ride in the wet season. Great breakfasts, too.

We had an amazing stay at the Pullman Luang Prabang. This new resort is just outside of town in a beautiful setting. The resort provides a shuttle service to and from town making the sights/restaurants in town easily accessible. The grounds and rooms were spacious and lovely. The service was absolutely top notch- the staff was so friendly and eager to help with anything. I would highly recommend staying here!
