"Upon arrival we were given a different room than we booked as they had given our room to someone else. Told last minute after check in that there was no water. Partial river view and location was nice but this was the worst hotel we stayed in during our trip. Having no water was a major inconvenience ..."

Disappointingly, no refund.
"We didn’t stay at this hotel due to unforeseen circumstances. Although Hotels.com tried to get a refund from the hotel, the hotel would not oblige. We are rearranging our trip to Laos next Spring. We will not be booking this hotel."
