Everything you need

The facility was perfect with pool and games for the kids. Breakfast was consistently good and the one night we ate at the restaurant it was delicious. The best part was the staff - everyone was very friendly and helpful

Inside ver nice, clean & well ordered. Comfortable room & lively bar / dining area. Immediate area around heavily under construction but short walk to centre ville is pleasant. Good for RER station.

good hotel in Massy

great hotel with nice pool and garden not very flexible with breakfast schedule even in summer but you can easily walk to the area in town where cafes and brasseries are. check in staff upon arrival was not very nice or welcoming even though it was only 7 pm

We visited 2nd week of August . There was a heat wave. The A/c in this hotel is terrible. Even hotels in 3rd world countries have better a/c. We complained this to the front desk . They told they would fix it bit nothing was done. They were rude. We had to open windows and sleep.

Goed ontvangst (s’avonds laat) en ruime keuze bij het ontbijt. Verder wel lek gestoken in de nacht door muggen en zat er een fout in de administratie. Daardoor moesten we bijna dubbel betalen voor de hotelkamer.

En skuffende oplevelse, hotellet levede ikke op til de forventninger vi havde, poolen stod til at åbne kl. 10 men vi måtte ikke bruge den før kl. 11, maden var ifht. Novotel standard ikke specielt god, personalet var ikke imponerende, dog var der en ældre mand som var sød og rar og opmærksom på vores søn som fik en lille taske med nogle små gaver i, det var nok højdepunktet på vores ophold.

TRES BIEN

Hotel tres bien décoré personnel très sympatique chambre confortable en revanche celle ci meriterait un miroir au dessus de la console afin que l on puisse se coiffer ou lisser les cheveux car peu de prises électriques.
