Nice building in a very safe area. I had a double room for 2 different nights. The first room was okay. One week later, the second room had a broken kitchen sink with water leaking under the sink, filling up the under-sink baskets. The bathroom has peeling paint...it's too bad that this nice property is not better maintained.

Good Trip

Our stay at Tulip Inn hotel was good. The family rooms are big and comfortable. It is convenient place in-terms of travel as Paleiseau train station is near, which got good links to Paris. The breakfast is ok for the price, as it is the same every morning with no variation at all. Overall, it was a good stay. Thanks Jo

I didn’t like the staff in cafeteria that forced us to leave during breakfast to allow other guests in groups to arrive. We were rushed. One thing I don’t like is rushing us to leave while we were still eating.

It is 20 minutes to the airport. Not easy to find a. Taxi, the hotel and stuff is okay and everything there is average, for its price and for me as I spend only 1 night it is okay, but they need to take care more of the cleanliness of there rooms

Very good hotel for price and convenience, only 40minute train to Paris. Easily accessible from airport. However, some discolouration/ stains on one of the pillows and blanket and also only given one big towel for 2 people. The cutlery had some minor stains and there wasn’t any dish sponge to wash them with. Overall very good hotel for price and convenience with couple minor issues. Definitely recommend

Good apartment, very spacious, extremely convenient for family of four. Staff were friendly, and helped as much as they could with the questions we asked. Stay, breakfast, price of hotel and level of service are as expected from this rating of an apartment. We asked for the room to be cleaned every day (please note you have to inform them a day before). Paris central is 40mins train ride. All good.

Needs improvement

The hotel was fine, just the rooms were not very clean. Silicon joints in the bathroom with mould on them. Some stains on the pillow cases. The bottom sheet of the bed was not properly fitted and a 10cm piece of mattress was visible, not a major thing, just unexpected. Service was good and staff was helpful.

Don’t have any expectations if you stay here.

We booked this primarily because they had air conditioning. After the first night the property management turned it off saying it was cold outside. We were not the only ones to complain about this. They refused to turn it back on. The breakfast breads were stale and the fruit was old looking. Don't depend on washing clothes, their appliances are old and it took three times as long to dry a small load. Front desk help was hit and miss.

BAD HOTEL NO RECOMMENDED

smoke smell in the room, no hot water cannot take shower, still broken on the next day and no refund no cancellation to customer. Manager was hilding and telling customer "he is in a meeting and cannot be disturbed." and letting staff at the receiption to deal with this situation. In the end our money was taken for NO SERVICE NO HOT WATER with SMELLY ROOM and we moved to other hotel immediately.
