The staff was rude and unhelpful. We waited in the donning room for 20 minutes for assistance, but we had to leave because we were ignored. Our room smells bad, and they said nothing could be done—very poor customer service.

Petite maison très agréable et très bien placée. Palamos est une jolie ville avec de magnifiques plages, criques et boutiques. A recommander ! Jordi est a l’écoute et très gentil. Juste à noter qu’il n’y a pas la wifi mais on est encore plus en vacances
