"Only negative is it's placement which is far from food, apart from one or two places. But this is a new, clean lovely place."

"Parking was easy, a big lot right on the property. The bathroom and room were spacious. Staff were super sweet and friendly. Breakfast was plentiful: scrambled eggs, fruit, deli meats, breads, sweets, juices and made to order coffee. The room was warm and no temp control in the room- that was the only negative but we would stay here again. We walked down the hill to an excellent restaurant with seafood dishes. "

"Stayed as part of a large group for a en celebration. The house was as described and shown. The surroundings were stunning and very peaceful. Diana was helpful and always responded to questions. "Our group of 16 (a mixture of adults and grown up children) had an amazing week at Casa Benessere. The photos of the property do not do it justice as the views of the Sibillini mountains were beautiful. We love Le Marche - it's like Tuscany and Umbria but also has the mountains and the sea. We hired a boat with a skipper from Numana (Conero Fun boat) along the Conero Peninsula and hiked in the Sibillini mountains, both highlights of our trip. It was great to have all ensuite bedrooms and the kitchen is well stocked and easy to cook for a large group. The pool was a real highlight with plenty of sunbeds and parasols for all. We hope we can return to this beautiful area some day. "

"Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. We were sad to leave and are already making plans for the next visit. Thankyou Iain, Judith and Daniela - especially for arranging the birthday cake for my grandson. "
