"We arrived via the not fit to drive at night broken road and upon arriving decided NOT to stay even though we had paid. The hotel pics must be very old as it looks like something from a horror film. Flaky paint, badly kept gardens and flies in our room. We handed back the key and left. The road to the property is horrendous. "The place was simply amazing. We also had dinner there which was not only reasonably priced but was also very good quality. The property itself was immaculate and offered a ton of beautiful views. The 2 single Beds could have been more comfortable though. Highly recommend"

"Great location and staff. Few quirky bits. There is no need to be charged for towels to the beach at a beach hotel and a 5Euro fee when a towel is used for an hour is silly. In respect of the staff, they did waive that fee, but it should never be charged in any case. It's too bad the restaurant is only a breakfast and lunch option as many travellers would like too tay and enjoy the wonderful scenery All in all 5 stars and good value."

"Even though there was a large picture of a swimming pool in the advertisement, it cost 30 euros per person for an hour and a half. This included the spa facility but we were not interested in the spa, only the pool. Also we were unlucky when a group of cyclists (30 of them) had dinner at the same time as us on the first day and they were so loud that we could not talk amongst ourselves. Otherwise the food was very good and so was the service."

"We’d found the lodging by chance as we were driving across the island. The owner met us in front of the home at 10pm, all smiles, and in the room we found every conceivable amenity from ear plugs to toiletries. Clean and delightful. The breakfast the next morning was set up for the two of us with place settings, fruit, a cake that was a local specialty, meats, cookies, and she even made us farm fresh eggs. Amazing! A nice surprise after a long journey."
