Hotel was fine, service was very bad. Not very kind and asked for extra cleaning fees (10€/night) when no one cleaned our room during our stay. The breakfast isn’t a breakfast, therefore it’s not really a B&B. It was very noisy, especially inside the hotel (which is an apartment with rooms).

Near the center, charging what should be free

Nice apartment, check in was a bit in hurry, when you travel you like to relax, we dont like the charge 10 Euro for cleaning which was not anounced in advance by hotels.com. such extra charges must be comunicated in advance since they influence the choice of hotel too. Every accomodation must clean and such extra charge is not normal.

La habitación estaba limpia. 4 camas, una mesita y dos sillas. La ducha, muy estrecha. La cocina tiene un uso muy limitado. necesita al menos unos tenedores y otros utensilios. Y no vendría mal un microondas y recipientes para él. Buen desayuno y la posibilidad de interactuar con otros pasajeros. La wi-fi no era buena. Ni en la salita/cocina común.

Rapporto ottimo sia con il gestore che con il personale delle pulizie, che erano presenti a gioni alterni.Quindi nulla da dire sulla pulizia, inoltre disponibilità a 360°. Per quanto riguarda la colazione brioches e merendine confezionate,ma buone. Unico neo: un po' poche stoviglie, e si dovrebbe responsabizzare gli ospiti su come lasciare tazze e pentole. Comunque da consigliare,se non si pretende una location pluristellata, e considerare il prezzo che viene richiesto, posizione buona e tranquilla, comoda x gli spostamenti ( noi avevamo l' auto). Grazie

Unseriös! Zwei Tage nach der Buchung, Zahlung und Bestätigung der Zahlung durch Expedia kommt die Bekanntgabe, dass man noch zusätzlich Reinigungskosten bezahlen muss. Auf meinen Hinweis, dass alles, bis auf die Tourismusabgabe, bezahlt ist, wird einem mitgeteilt, dass der Zutritt zum Zimmer verweigert wird, so man nicht diese dubiosen Reinigungskosten im vorhinein bezahlt. So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert, ich kann von dieser Unterkunft nur abraten.

La struttura ha una buona posizione è a 15 minuti dal centro di Palermo. Il gestore Salvo molto gentile all arrivo ci ha fornito subito tutte le informazioni e possibili itinerari. Non posso dire lo stesso per la pulizia , gli asciugamani non venivano cambiati ogni giorno. Colazione scarsa, mancava il latte, e da mangiare tutto confezionato

Pas un hôtel mais un appartement avec des chambres

Nous avons effectué une nuit, il ne s’agit pas d’un hôtel. C’est un appartement dans lequel nous avons eu une chambre. Le reste de l’appartement est en partie commune. Pas vraiment le top pour la tranquillité et l’intimité quand on est en vacance. L’appartement est vraiment dans un immeuble d’habitation classique je ne recommande pas

Soggiorno una notte

A 700 metri dalla stazione in una struttura condominiale, in una zona non molto curata. Camera spaziosa, pulita con bagno privato. Lavandino "artistico" poco funzionale, c'e laTV e l'aria condizionata, non c'è l'asciugacapelli. Area in comune con altre due camere, attrezzata a cucina con tutto il necessario per la colazione. Custodia bagagli gratuito.

만족합니다

저렴해서 선택했는데 사진보다 좋았어요. 5층인데 엘리베이터가 있어서 편했고 위치도 비교적 안전하고 걸어서 시내까지 이동하기 편한위치고,공항가는 버스정류장도 가까운 곳이어서 좋았습니다. 청소비용은 원하지않아도 지내는 만큼 내야해서 당황했는데 사장님이 친절하셔서 주변 정보도 주시고 편하게 지냈습니다. 다만 인포에 사람이 늘 있는게 아니라 체크인 시간이 늦으면 미리 연락해야하고 추가비용이 있어요. 간식종류가(조식대신) 늘 구비되어 있어서 언제든 먹을 수 있어서 커피도 마시고 이점도 좋았네요. 다만 제가 사용한 룸은 침대가 동그란데 키가 큰 사람에겐 짧을거같았으니 참고하세요. :)

B & B bevindt zich in een rustige straat vlakbij centraal station en centrum. Was effe zoeken naar de juiste deur. Bij inchecken kwamen er nog extra kosten bij (€45)! Gang zag er goed uit maar, kamer helaas niet. Hadden het pas na 1e overnachting door. Niet alle lampen waren voorzien van lichtbron. Toilet bleef doorspoelen, schimmel doch-wand en de vloer van badkamer nodige tijd niet goed gereinigd. Gen centrale sleutel voor alle deuren. Receptie NIET tijd 17:00 uur aanwezig. Voor ons deze B & B nooit meer.
