Rosy was fantastic and the room was wonderful

This place was decedent, well-looked after, lovely location and the rooms were gorgeous. Very well done rooms and staff were lovely. Rosy was especially brilliant, helpful, tentative and very friendly. Really good communication. Palermo is beautiful. Would recommend staying here to be close to everything walking distance.

Transformed flat in a kind b&b. But the name “luxury” is missleqding. It’s a comfortable place to stay but not luxury. Location good and WhatsApp support great. Neverthelesss no staff at the property and you can hear everything from the other rooms.

Highly recommend staying at the Belmonte LR Collection hotel! We stayed in the Camera Quadrupla Premium vista porto room, which was basically their junior suite. It had a cute sitting room with a balcony as well as a separate bedroom with a balcony and a beautiful bathroom. High ceilings throughout - it felt very spacious! In particular, Rosy from reception was extremely helpful! She provided great communication throughout the stay, and we really appreciated all of her help. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Palermo!

By far, the best hotel in Palermo. The Teatro Massimo suite was gorgeous. I didn’t want to leave! I had a lot of heavy luggage and traveling solo and the staff helped me with my bags and did not charge me a late check out fee. The room had everything and even came with a flat iron. lol I was in heaven.
