A very pleasant stay

The stay was very enjoyable, the photos on the website are old and the hostel is not as new looking as in the photos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room itself was comfortable and the hostel was very central to all the amenities. My only issue was that the street was very noisy, a lot of police car sirens and loud motorbikes late at night. I had earplugs which helped with the problem and I am sure that every hotel/hostel on the road has the same issues overall a very pleasant stay

First off, it is made clear in the description, but this is not a hotel with a full time reception. This did make check in and check out much harder as communication wasn't instant. To say the hotel has parking is basically saying that you can park a car in Palermo. I believe there is a valet parking facility around the corner but we struggled to get to it due to road closures. Room was very large and had good aircon and a spacious bathroom although the shower was not the best. Bed was comfortable. Now the tricky bit... Location.... Great for seeing the sites... Terrible for noise. We probably had it worse as our room overlooked the main road and we were there over a weekend, but the volume of noise throughout Saturday night was deafening. Groups shouting... Mopeds revving... Cars blaring out music... Was impossible to sleep much. Sunday was better but it's noisy from early morning. Perhaps different rooms don't have the same problem but it massively affected our opinion of the hostel.

It is noisy. We had to sleep with earplugs on, and they didn’t provide use clean towel everyday. No cleaning service at all.

The location was good very hard to find the picture in Hotels.com is from across the street … breakfast starts at 9 and couldn’t use any of my breakfast I paid for as my hours started early…. Mist places I have used in past breakfast starts at 7 not 9, the beds are super hard in my 5 day day stay only cleaned once … I ended up paying € 12 for city tax it was only me … very difficult to comunícate in English … and very very noisy at bedtime…the owner was very nice but that was all

Séjour simple. Peu d'indication pour trvouvé l'hotel et son hébergement. Il faut s'adresser à un point de restauration rapide via ROMA- J'ai beaucoup cherché et paniqué à 23H du soir. Les petits déj sont servis à cet endroit sur le trottoir dans un épouvantable bruit avec un arret des bus devant. C'est inconfortable. Bien placé pour les visites du vieux Palerme. Souci de langage : parle qu'Italien (peu anglais) Arnaque à la navette - Prendre une autre option ou faire très attention.;

Questa struttura ha un eccellente rapporto qualità-prezzo. La nostra camera era ben pulita, i letti comodi e abbiamo trovato anche prodotti essenziali per il bagno. Zona centralissima a ridosso dell'area pedonale e un'ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Unica nota la zona un pò rumorosa, ma se si vuole stare in centro è da mettere in preventivo.

Chambre propre et super bien placée, lit très dur

Chambre très mignone, très propre donnant non sur la route principale mais adjacente. Le Staff était super gentil et nous avons pu déposer Nos affaire en avance, visiter et avoir la chambre pour 14heures. La salle de bain était propre, très petite douche mais ça fait l'affaire. L'emplacement est génial ! En 3 minutes a pied vous êtes au centre historique. Il y a une petite rue pas loin avec pleins de restaus c'est super. Tout était très bien jusqu'à la tombée de la nuit. Le lit était horriblement inconfortable, très très très dur, et on entend tous les bruits du marché pas loin, la route, mais surtout le voitures avec les basses à fond toute la nuit. Pour 1 a 2 nuits ça va très bien, mais il est dur de dormir la nuit.
