Immersed in a spectacular Mediterranean park with scented paths, enchanting corners in which to stop for a drink or to read a good book, Mamma Maria Ela has a wonderful view of the famous mountains that surround Palermo on all sides.
The villa has a splendid swimming pool next to an elegant internal patio, part of which has a window overlooking the garden and solarium.
Inside the house is particularly charming with a living room that has several areas with beautiful sofas, sophisticated armchairs, a beautiful dining table and a bright and luxurious atmosphere.
Mamma Maria Ela has four bedrooms (two of which are en-suite) of which two are doubles and two twins and four en-suite bathrooms of which two have showers and one a shower-tub.
There is also a sofa in the living room that can accommodate a single bed.
The kitchen is spacious and equipped with everything needed for a good Sicilian meal.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a splendid orangery where you can enjoy your meal with a view of the park and pool.
Here too, sofas, plants, small tables, and armchairs furnish this area of Mamma Maria Ela.
The pool area also has a bathroom with shower and the villa also offers a barbecue area.
